Very little doubt in my mind that at least some manufacturers will be looking to find a friendly judge. So who knows.

I am trying to apply that to my vaping now. I can relate in a big way with my past searches for building the perfect computer and buying the perfect set of golf clubs

I changed all my V1's over to V2's but I used Kanger parts and kept all the old ones which there were nothing wrong with so I have 12 V2's with 8 extra V1 rba's lots of glass tanks that came with them. V2 air flows on all with V1's as extras. I have 4 complete V2's that I haven't even used. I think I'm pretty well set. The V1's worked very well but the V2's are easier to build lots of Oring sets because of all the extras they sent me. Have never had to change one. I have a gallon zip lock bag filled with extra STM parts but I'm really careful with my stuff and only have ever had one that I had a problem with and it was my fault. I'm more worried about having enough TC equipment. I have 3 SXM's that I use and 2 that I have never used. Never have had a problem and the oldest one is almost a year. Undecided about biting the bullet and getting a couple more. I am still kickin myself in the .... about not getting in on the $99 ones.

I just ordered a gallon of 90mg 50/50 nic solution. Hopefully by the time I finish it I will be down to zero nic juice.

The only place I know that sells it like that that I know of is MFS Kenna. I didn't know they had 90mg but have never really looked. I get all mine there in 50/50 but 100mg. I got a liter for $40

Cheapest I could find for a gallon but my search was very quickly done. Might be a better place somewhere else but they claim its Kosher grade and that was good enough for me. They do all sorts of increments

The way it stands now, if it's sold as ecig liquid, it's on the list. I do agree that some of the components won't be, i.e. pg and vg, resistance wire, and such.

But how likely would you, me, or anyone be to switch from open and light to learning how to diy juice just to see if you liked it? (And potentially black/gray market hardware... or diy hardware - voltage regulators won't be banned, either.)

Those of us who have already made the switch are, at least for vaping, doomsday preppers.

I've pretty much decided if it gets too damn complicated I'm done. I have enough devices and nic to last for a number of years and will just work my nic down to zero when it looks like I need to. It is readily apparent to me that there is no reasoning with these aholes. We just don't have enough people or a unified front. We can fight big tobacco and even the FDA but, we apparently aren't unified enough. Money is a problem too. We haven't been able to recruit any real power players to our side either. All we need really is a few Senators and Representatives that have someone in their immediate family that have had their lives saved by vaping. Who have been able to painlessly quit by vaping but, we don't have the connections to find them even if the do exist. Our other path that could be open to us is the courts but, if we can't get a unified front together when it doesn't really cost much, what happens when it comes to financing a push through the courts possibly even to the Supreme Court. I'm beginning to believe we've lost this battle and with it possibly the war. Sorry to be a downer but, reality is creeping in.

Going to step out on limb here because I know Robert knows better and think it just came out funny the way he wrote it. What he means is, I think, Vaping flavors will be relabeled such as for food/beverage, we'll just need to be on our toes about what's in what. TPA/TFA will be easy, Capellas not so much.
