a few blunt tip syringes and some bottles to put your juice in is all you really need.
You can go as far as you want though. You can go sclaes, beakers, electron microscopes, etc.
a 1 or 3 ml syringe for nic and flavoring and a 10 mil for PG/VG. People use the turkey baster syringes from wally world for PG/VG. Just file the point off of the needle thingy.
Put tape or something over they syringe measurement marks or they will not last.
Lolz at electron microscope.

Cool, sounds like I can stock up on nic instead of a bunch of hardware that more than likely won't see the light of day.

This makes it seem a lot easier, it's been a crazy week learning how to build duals, do twisted & thinking about dig.

I just picked up Anchor glass measuring cups, One 2 cup that goes to 500 ML and a 1 cup that goes to 250 ML. Then two 150 ML beakers. All in the kitchen area at Wall-mart. Total cost was less than 15 dollars. Now all I have to keep on hand is the small syringes for nic juice and flavor.

I still need to find a glass funnel or something like that for transferring juice to 30 ml drip bottles. I forgot to look for that :(

Question, hopefully not opening pandora's box but for DIY juice what's a must have equipment wise? For now I'm sticking with two flavors & getting PG based 100mg nic & some VG.

I looked at some kits, but they seem a little over the top.

Syringes for sure. The only thing I use a needle for is flavoring & nic. I take the needle off to do pg/vg. I dispense directly into what ever bottle the juice is going into. I don't use glass dropper bottles unless it's for a 120 ml batch. I pull out of the big bottle to put into smaller 30ml slim tip plastic bottles to fill my KF's with. I don't use a uc cleaner for steeping. I have a small crockpot that I can drop several bottles into & heat steep for awhile. I have a back massager for myself & I use it to tape a bottle of juice to & shake it that way. Gets really bubbly fast!

I couldn't find any small funnels at Walmart, but someone said they found a little one in the camping equipment area in the Coleman lantern stuff. Doesn't have to be glass.

May want to get some PG as well as the VG if you're going to be brewing now. Unless you're going for max VG :)

And you may want some smaller glass bottles for the nic. Air (the O2 part of that), heat and light are the things that degrade the nic, so decanting your large bottle into smaller ones, so you don't have to open the big bottle every time you mix, will let it last longer. So, for example, if getting a liter of the 100, you could go for 4 250 ml bottles. Store 3 in the freezer, work out of one.

I might still increase the lemon juice, though, just as an experiment, to see how it turns out.

Bump it up a drop/ml at a time. Hopefully, you'll find a level dat tickles your t-buds!

First off, yes, it's all too easy to pay far too much fer 'packaged' DIY equipment kits with items ya won't use!

Just my personal input... my MINIMAL DIY equipment. Have yet to find a reason to change my perspective after four years...

Will say that since that post, many flav manufacturers have went to 'concentrated' flav formulas. YMMV...

Someone mentioned 1ml syringes. I got a couple of free ones from Public and K-Mart pharmacies each when I explained my purpose and flashed my PV.

We'll try to guide ya to a happy DIY place. Good luck!

I saw a cloud maker this afternoon. This guy blew so much vape that the entire inside of his car filled up and you could no longer see in...

Headin' down to da 'office' yesterday, pulled up behind a younglin' in a pic-um-up at a red light. He glanced back, saw me tootle-puffin' and proceeded to emulate on ol' steam locomotive. T'was amazing how much vapor he plumed!

Don't know if what you want will be there, but scan through and check...
thanks, didn't work. Don't really need one since the prices are so low, just thought someone had mentioned something, so thought I'd ask. Appreciate it though.

I think someone else mentioned this, but you'll also likely need some PG as well as the VG unless you're really not picky about where your pg/vg ratio comes to. First thing to decide..... do you want to make each bottle one at a time adding pg/vg, nic and flavorings, or....do you want to make up a large batch of base, (which is pg/vg and nic, basically unflavored juice) then pull up how many mls you want to make a time and add flavoring? I make up a large batch of base at a time, 500 mls, then just add my flavors when I'm ready to mix. Also, what is your nic level? I vape at 24mg nic so I bought a dozen 120 ml wide mouth bottles at amazon. The ones I bought really went up in price, so another place might be better. But as someone mentioned, I broke my nic down into 8 of these bottles, and put them in the freezer, when I make my base, I pull one out and use the whole 120 mls, then use a pyrex measuring cup to add my pg and vg into the same jar. Stir. I want to get a 60 ml syringe or maybe a graduated beaker to pull the base up and add to my bottles when I mix juice. For now I use 10 ml syringe no needle, and a 1 ml syringe no needle to add flavoring. That is all.

The coleman one is aluminum I think which I would not use with eliquid.
what do y'all think about a stainless funnel?

I saw a cloud maker this afternoon. This guy blew so much vape that the entire inside of his car filled up and you could no longer see in... He had his windows cracked, but since he was sitting at a red light the vapor just hung in the air...
that is just so silly, stoopit kids

One things that's nice about vaping is everybody can have a different idea about what works best and nobody be wrong, unless they're talking batteries.
Baster is a good way to go. The little funnels are nice, some pretty cute, but they are a PITA to use especially with thicker juices.
