That 20 drops / ml is the default in eJuiceMeup. Accurate? Probably not!

For tiny amounts, I use a small syringe, sans needle and plunger. Cover the outlet with a finger tip, drip in the desired amount, then remove finger when over mixing vessel.

I still measure a few flavonrings in drops. Just make sure I use the same bottle every time and the amount will be the same whatever the amount is. Brown Sugar and Amber are 2 that I still have drops in my recipe due to the extremely small amounts that I use.

20 drops /ml is a common vaping myth.

K, Thanks, glad I asked before doin' sumptin dum.

But, but....I don't know No Secrets! So, I'm canceling the plan. Not winning the lottery has something to do with it, but I made up my mind.;)

FA = Flavor Art
TFA = The Flavor Apprentice aka Flavor Apprentice
Got it. Mine is TFA. So, if I understand correctly and my estimate of 7-8% flavoring. I should be Ok if I add more flavoring?

Yep TFA.

I agree with adding 'mystery drops' creates an unknown quantity, but assuming that 20 drops = 1ml then 2 drops = 0.1ml. All that being true I should be at 7-8%, so I may try a couple drops. I'll have to go searching for brown sugar flavoring so far I haven't noticed it but wasn't really looking for any sweeteners.

I may be verifying your findings but with TFA:(

Thanks to all you fine folks for you help.:)
Brown sugar is a flavoring. It gives the flavor of brown sugar. It is not a sweetner. It might be slightly sweet, but not enough to affect the juice much. It gives the impression of the taste & aroma of brown sugar.

As we were leaving, I finally walked over to him and asked what he was using. He said he didn't know. He tried to read the writing on it but all he could read was Kanger. I said, "Kanger Subox Mini!" He said he thought so, but he really liked it. Told him that was all that mattered. Couldn't talk to him more because we had to run for the train, but it as pretty cool for a country girl that never sees a vaper at home. Still grinning.
awwwwwwwww that's nice that you saw a vaper in the wild!! So sorry bout the bimbo though, and that y'all had to deal with that.

just now tried copy/pasting the web address into the insert media box, and that worked... derp.
Even easier, if it's a youtube video....just copy the web address, and paste it into the reply box. It'll just show one line until you actually post the reply but then the video should show up.

Juicy Peach by Capella Flavor Drops

that is what I have though I got the 4 oz bottle
Thanks sweetie!!

I was logged in when looking at your gif folders. Just must be a quirk of P-bucket.
No, I meant I logged out of my PB account and saw what you did. But when I'm logged into it I get the 4 lines of code on each photo.

Thanks, I'm not sure where I saw that 20=1ml. May be my imagination running loose again. To this point I've used a 10ml syringe with a 1.6mm od blunt needle. No clue what all that means. I probably should start using the pipelets that came in my diy kit.
Jup, as others have said, it's a common thing for the 20 drops per ml. Many vaping zone users swear by it. The one time that I measured, I had about 55 drops. But some drops I didn't squeeze hard enough I don't think and maybe got a 1/2 a drop. Which can be another problem with drops. I just use a 1ml syringe for flavors and either draw it up with no needle, or for a very small amt, like someone else said, cover the bottom of it with my finger, drip it in then release over the mixing bottle. I'm not very good at doing it that way though.

There is less than 1 drop in the needle of the 1 ml syringes I use so I ignore the needle. And What is in the needle is not pushed out anyway when you push the plunger forward unless you have air in the syringe which is a no no.
You might kill your juice with an embolism!

If the cover is magnetic, it comes off pretty easily. For screw-on, apply generous pressure and turn. Once off, noalox on the threads will help them work better next time.
You can use any 510 connection. I usually use Davide tanks on mine, just because they look nice.

For me, it is easy, well, once Deb told me how to do it. I don't have a problem on my laptop, however, my tablet is another story.

It is a screw on and has dimples in it. Except it is very slick and was even tough with an eraser. What is noalox? I have never heard of it.

Yep, it's the magic smoke that you should never let escape!

A connection paste, technically for aluminum to copper electrical connections, to prevent electrolysis from damaging the connection. But it works well as a conductive thread lube. Most hardware stores have it, in the electrical section. Unless you're in the trade, look for the little tube :) Just a tiny bit, applied via cotton swab and worked into the threads, is sufficient.

I don't like using noalox on PV threads. It's really made for aluminum connections not the SS threads on most of our PVs. And it has to be cleaned off periodically and is a pain in the .... to clean off and re-apply.

And I'm not convinced it helps connectivity from personal experience. I had a couple identical mech tube mods where you could 'turn the tubes' to adjust for different batt lenghts. While they 'hit' OK - I wanted to see if I could decrease the voltage drop under load. First I measured it, then I applied noalox to all the thread. Yikes! Voltage drop got worse not better. 20 minutes cleaning all the threads thoroughly and I was back to square 1.

No-ox-id is a better thread lubricant for SS PV threads. Actually I don't use anything any longer, just keep the threads clean.

The 20 drops came from using pipettes, remember those horrid things, I think I still have 1.

I just bought a DIY kit that came with half a dozen or so. I've never used any but, if that's the key to makin' a decent vaping juice I'm in.
Good to have a second, that I haven't gone over the edge with my 20 drops=1ml statement. I do, however, agree that based on raindrops, drops do come in a variety of sizes. YRMV:)

seemz ta me that diff viscosities would give different drop sizez. Doesn't werk for my little mind. Maybe fine for 1 or 2 drops but when you get up to 15 or 20... noap. And mis-counting even worse.

Well for those who were thinking of the RX200 they just came out with firmware upgrade v3.0 and what a diff. I not only has adjustable TCR but the Ti mode seems to be right on now. This is one I would definately recommend for $40. I am using my Ti coils on the same temp I am using on my SX's and it works great. I'm really impressed.

Ok, so much for "trust" in a "good" company.
Second call on answering machine. Call them at a "NOT" toll free number.
Today got an email. Cannot fulfill, issuing store credit. Not a do you want a credit or refund? Just a you got credit.

This is BULL***. I wrote them back and said I wanted no credit. Want a refund. Now I'm sure they will issue it but it goes back to my original "bait and switch" tactic. And yes, I've dealt with them before but never again.

Put one ml in one and see if it empties in 20 drops... Didn't for me. I have 10 or so of those things. Also are we talking 1 ml pipettes or 3 ml big difference in drop sizes.

Whoa! I don.t see a toll free# on their website, either. Not good. I only use a cell phone so I haven't had long distance in so long I forgot it! Sorry, you had problems, Gary. [emoji46]

Didn't start out as a problem. They created one. I understand a screw up. Happens to everyone. But they way they handled it was totally unacceptable to me. They screwed up and tried to capitalize on it. To me, that's customer be dam-d.
