Figured I should share what the FedEx guy brought today (with special thanks to smok and ECF for the contest win):

@jseah - note that the Triton finally has a home base mod... :)
Now I just have to learn how to use it.
Nice win! Congratulations. :)
Nice! Looks like a convenient size. Also reminds me of a retro transistor radio.
That was my first thought, transistor radio. Wonderful memories of my grandfather and my first radio flooded back. The good old days.
And that you end up waiting almost a month to get them:w00t::lol:
Most of my orders get here within two weeks or so, I've been lucky. It is a good reminder to let people know that Chinese New Year is almost here, so if you want something (that is stock), now is a good time to order.
OK, I bought these from Fasttech. They look like they might be exactly the same as the one I'm trying to replace. I took the free shipping option like I always do when I order from Fasttech. My last order took 7 weeks. That will will be soon enough.
$0.80 Rubber O-Ring Seals for E-Cigarette (10-Pack) 12-pack - 4*1.8*1mm (OD*ID*T) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Saw your post earlier tonight and tried to find them. No such luck. My advise was going to be to ask on the FT board where to find them. Looks like you did anyway. Please let us know if they are the correct ones.

You built that out of parts. Can you do it with a smaller tank, like 3-4ml? Rebuildable base for a single coil? Really like to have a couple in the stash but haven't been able to figure it all out. Complete failure at new stuff. :(

Iffen you already have a 22 mm Kanger Subtank base, all you need to buy is the replacement tank from Fasttech, and you can select the size of tank that you want from the drop-down menu: $6.68 Replacement Tank Set for SUBTANK Mini Clearomizer - stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

My existing Kanger Subtanks have 25 mm bases, so I additionally had to buy replacement bases in the 22 mm size. $4.53 Replacement Air Flow Control Valve Base for SUBTANK Mini Clearomizer - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

It's pretty easy to put together a "whole" clone of the Kanger Subtank. These components are compatible with Kanger Subtank coils and your favorite standard drip tips.

I think those will be too big. I have ordered a lot of o-rings from both FT and The O-ring store. I think what you need is this - CS = cross section (weight of o-ring) x ID (inner diameter). I have a bunch of these too

1mm X 4mm Metric Buna-N 70 O-ring [N1.00X004] : The O-Ring Store LLC, We make getting O-Rings easy!

Shipped and delivered in days, not months :lol::lol:

It is always nice to get a great vape with loads of flavor.
Happy belated Birthday, 3mg. I am so sorry that I missed it.
I only mentioned it once in passing, and let the Challenger thing take over on the 28th.

As far as I can tell, Cathy, those are exactly the same size as the ones I ordered from Fasttech: 4 mm outside diameter and 1 mm thickness. Since I'm not at all in a rush, I'm choosing to pay $1 instead of $6 to get some. I'd have to lose 2 more of the o-rings to be in a rush, since I have 3 o-rings at present. I almost was down to 2 o-rings after I refilled my tank 2 hours ago, but found the temporarily missing o-ring wrapped around the needle of the syringe that I used for refilling. :thumb:

The last couple of weeks the stress has been enormous and I uncharacteristically let it get to me in a big way. After today, it should be smooth sailing, what a relief. I only mention it because it dawned on me today that I never once even thought of having a cigarette. Only took about three years. Pretty awesome feeling.

Bells, very much appreciated. I'm sure (positive) this has been pointed out to me before but now it's in a clearly marked document. Sir, thank you very much. :)

Glad that's over! Congrats on staying strong through it all and on forgetting about the cigs!

FlamingFlamingo-- so proud for you.

At this point, with the stink coming from my neighbor's place, the thought of smoking is disgusting. Mixture of tobacco, diesel fuel, and food, all burning.

Good for you Tutu! I can't think of the last time I though of a cig so thankfully I'm getting a good distacne between me and my old habbit.

A fasttech order came in today and in it I had picked up one of these $6.37 ELA Styled Telescoping Mechanical Mod - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping I actually like it better than my nemmy clone. Much less fiddly. Solid device and dirt cheap.

Hey, I got one of those too, from Fluid Vapes.

Wow ... that's dang inexpensive. I 'longed' for one of those from Super-T but too expensive. I did settle for a couple of their Workhorse mech's though. They were pretty reasonable price for a quality made in the USA mech.

Damn I wish I would've gotten 2 of these ML's at that price. I was a day late and a dollar short. What a great mod. It has 5 config settings for 5 different types of wire including Kanthal and what ever else you want, each setting has 5 diff modes for changing power on eco and 5 more for the rest of the modes standard, powerful and powerful plus. Manual TCR a setting for the SX pure atty coming out after new years and all configurable from the device or software and even more controls on the software. It is so solid it feels like it was mad out of a single piece of metal. Amazing.
