Once I went back up to 24 mg nic, the cravings stopped. I am still there. Welcome to the porch!!! Hope you'll join us on the back porch alsoHi everyone
I thought this might fit here, if it fits anywhere.
I have noticed, even after nearly a year - that there are times when I crave nicotine more than others.
Not the obvious reasons - like stress ... just seems to ebb and flow.
Does this happen to anyone else? Do you vape more some weeks than others?
I am going thru the juice this week!!

truth is for me, I knew it was all about making sure I didnt have any to get the heck off the tobacky once and for all...so that was through here at ECF a few years or so ago. I think I was maybe 12 to 18mg at first. Then I went higher, then lower, all different phases and flavors.
what keeps me in check are the times that I leave the house in a hurry without any PV. I always think Im going to fail, think Im going to crave and break down and go back to cigs...never happened yet.
OK ... I just read the article on the USA Today website. The new regulation only applies to smoking on the airplane. The only other thing was e-cigs are banned from checked luggage. I didn't see anything about carry-on luggage.
Thanks all ~ much appreciated! I didn't realize ecigs were NOT banned already (on airplanes). You can't pack your battery either, from what I was told on my recent flight, except in your carryon. No checking it.
Where I live, they basically treat it like smoking... (sigh) -- it would be GREAT if I could vape at my desk!

Well blame ABC fer gettin it rong. But they said as of today. No ecigs including in carryons. Didn't mention luggage tho. Seems to me it would be safer to ban them in luggage but ok to carry on. If it blows up at least ya got a fightin chance to put it out. That ain't gonna happen in the luggage.
But when it comes to vaping... no one has a clue.
Of course prolly no one would recognize a mod as an ecig. Themz them lil plastic thingy's that look like smokes, right?
but you are right, really. There are federal laws for the fed buildings in US, and then state by state it varies. Thats impressive! I dont know If I'll ever get to 3 but I have a few bottles of 3 and the 0 samples from purchases. i think I really just LOVE nicotine a great legal drug with all my favorite attributes! Appetite suppressant vaso constrictive, nerve/anxiety supplication, tastebud pleaser, sates we orally fixated.
That is awesome! I might need to kick up the nic in my juice for those times when I have a bit of an extra craving going on.

Most major airlines had already banned vaping on their airplanes. This new rule covers all domestic flights.
I vape mostly 6mg during the day but I usually vape 3mg at night. Sometimes during the day, too. I like flavor and the act of vaping - that inhale of yumminess and a little throat hit. Not much throat hit, but a little. I have not had the desire for a cigarette since I started vaping. My conversion was pretty easy. I know many struggle, but I was ready and wanted to quit so bad I was lucky.

I was an instant convert as well. Had maybe 2 cigs after starting to vape but it was mostly out of curiosity. They suck.

Took me about 9 months to get down to 3mg. I smoked 1+ packs a day for over 40 years.
