Thanks, sweetie. Shoulda had Iffy and Garyoa1 on the list, but couldn't remember. My brain is firing on one cylinder! I had chemo today and am too tired to walk around to the back porch and find someone. If it waits til tomorrow, no matter; I just need to order new batteries and I'd rather order ones that will work. :)
nevermind.

Can someone help me, please?

The Billet Box takes two 16340 batteries. The ones that we used to use (AW-ICR 3.7V, 750MaH) are now too big. Another option is the AW IMR 3.7 550mah, 8 amp. Will these work with a 1.2ohm coil, at 4.3 volts? I tried Steam Engine, but I don't know how to adjust for two batteries. Thanks!

To answer your setup question, yes; although lower mA batts will not last as long before required recharging.

At da risk of having a LittleBird 'gift' on my windshield, are you sure you have 16340s or actually dealing wid 16350s? My 340s are 550mA and da 350s are either 800mA or 1200mA.

Regardless, I have matched pairs of each dat I can send ya in a batt case. Note that they are used, so dey may not push as much as when new.

LMK...

ETA: Maybe take a day or two to recover from your treatment before trying to resolve your BB issue. We'lll still be here fer ya...

Thank you, Iffy. Yup, they are 16340's. The AW's that we always used in the BB had a 750 mA rating, but the vendor changed the size to be, like, 34.5 long. They no longer fit. There are 2 other AW 16340's - the ones you have (550 mA) and a new one that says, "550mA, 8A". These 16340's do fit. My problem is that I'm doing 1.2 ohm builds, where most folks use stock 1.8 coils, or build at around the same. If I can't find a higher rated 16340 with the right measurements (cuz who knew that the measurements are +/- 10mm!), I'll order the AW's. I have 6 pair of the 750 mA ones, but they aren't holding a charge as long as they used to. Like me, they are getting old(er). :)

OK, so looks like the official spec on the 750mAh ones I found is 34.29 +/- .1mm, still having trouble finding how that compares to other versions.
Thanks, Kev. Which ones did you find? Most of the ones I'm tracking down that look good are 34.8! The tolerances in a BB are tight. 34.3 would prolly fit; 34.5 definitely won't. So frustrating; I  my BB's like other folks love their Reos. I have 6 of them, and I'll be heartbroken if I can't make this work.

Nother question. Would it be dangerous to file down the button a smidge?

How to make a PV holder.....
this took 6 tries to make right... You saw my "footprint" a few days ago, but here today, I have finished the upgrade of my BIFF holder, and I wanted to share the process with you all. Lots of detail, but really not that hard.
first... I made the PV hole for the wrong size PV, and was able to stop print before it got too far.

for some reason the eyeballs didn't print... a bit of spackling will fix that. Probably. but putting the eyes in, and they came up all messed up. a bit of sanding will fix that. Probably.

fourth and fifth.
the walls here are too thin... try to get the long one fixed, and it worked, so then to get that one on the side fixed.

And finally - the last and working model that I can post to thingaverse with pride.

I will be painting all of these, I guess.... Unless someone wants one to paint themselves... just pay shipping. that last one is mine though! :D

That is a very cool frog, and a very painstaking process! What a great job you did! :)

OK, gotta ask, would that sink or float in an aquarium? Da reason I asked is that a past neighbor did ceramics. She had a small green frog and a separate commode with upright lid. I siliconed da frog on da commode and put 'em in da bottom of my ol' aquarium. Got so many compliments/comments that she sold at least a dozen or so more.

Do enjoy your 'enjoyments'!

No, first thing ya gotta ask is, is it safe for an aquarium! Some material can be toxic to da fish peeples!

well.. it would float. It's only 10% in-fill, so lots of air in there... However it would only float for so long. It uses PLA and wood dust for this particular filament, and PLA is plastic made from corn. So totally bio-degradable. I suppose you could shellac it, and then coat it in something that wouldn't kill the fish, but would you want to?

exactly. personally, I would use ABS, which is widely used in aquariums, and still seal it with something water-safe in case the colorants and plasticizers used with the filament are harmful.

The next new-to-me flavoring that I'll try is the FA Custard that came in my order yesterday, but I have no idea how long that will be from now.
Well, it turned out to be today that I made some joose using the FA Custard flavoring, again at 9%, and I'm vaping it as a single flavor joose.

It does not taste at all like my nose thought it would taste. That's good, because my nose wasn't overly enthusiastic about it. I don't know if it's a true custard flavor, and when I say that I mean I really don't know. I just haven't eaten custard much. But the taste is really good, natural, tasty and clean, with the ideal amount of sweetness. These comments apply to vaping it in my Kanger Subtank, which currently has a 1.2 ohm pre-manufactured head in it.

In my Aspire Nautilus with a 1.6 ohm BVC pre-manufactured coil head, the taste is completely different; OK but not great. It tastes less sweet and more smoky, kind of like FA Coffee Espresso actually. Coffee Espresso as a single flavor is not sweet enough for me.

With both tanks I'm using 10.0 watts. My theory is that the additional airflow I get through the Kanger Subtank is what creates the huge difference in flavor. The smallest airflow hole setting of the Subtank is larger than the largest airflow setting of the Nautilus.

Please quote my post if you want me to see any questions or comments because I don't keep up with this thread.

I went back and read his other two threads. Negativity throughout! Hummm. EBan as a screen name might've been a hint.

Yup. Press on is miles away from pull off!!!

Three puppies! And vaping in the pool! :)

It's lovely!
