When I first quit smoking, I would still get those cravings. I made a list of all the reasons I wanted to quit smoking and would read it. The stink was at the top!
What made me decide to quit smoking was when I decided to smoke and
vape after supper one night. I'd take a hit off the cigarette and one from my eGo. To my surprise, the
vape tasted really good and the cigarette was like licking an ash tray. That was kind of a revelation. I realized that I could get the nic from the vape and ditch the nasty cigs.
I finished the few in the pack I had and never smoked another one. I had no withdrawal at all, but I had dropped from 2 PAD to one with coffee in the morning, one after each meal, and one before bed in addition to
vaping. The cravings were already diminished by the time I decided to ditch the smokes. That was almost 6 years ago and I haven't even wanted one since.
