I grew up on PB & Karo syrup sammiches. :D
Yup, that's what I grew up with.

When I was about 9, I was home alone and decided to make some of the peanut butter stuff that my parent's always made. Problem is I didn't know what they put in with the peanut butter. I just knew it was a clear liquid and what cabinet they got it out of.

So, I mixed peanut butter with the only clear liquid that I saw in said cabinet. It did not turn out well. What was that liquid? Obviously not Karo syrup. No, it was vinegar.

Live and learn.
Or Karo Snow cones in the winter? Yum!
How decadent!
I did the vapers' survey, also. Took about 15 minutes.
It was the best survey I've done so far. But, there were still questions that I really couldn't answer. At least, they left lots of places for explanations.

What's weird is how I feel about it now. Afterward, I was reading on ECF and on a certain thread they were arguing, as usual. With one person seeming an awful lot like a troll or worse. Further down the thread someone was talking about getting all the info anyone would ever need to be self-sufficient and creating a database or whatever. Then, someone mentioned that they were concerned about something else that no one had talked about yet, but refused to say what it was because 'they' are listening.

By that point, I started feeling really paranoid. Like the fact that I gave the people doing the survey my email address might lead to 'them' coming to confiscate my stash or something. I think I'm losing it.

In other news awhile back I ordered a couple of halo juices just to support them for filing the suit.

Here is my feeling the juices.
Shamrock: A chocolate mint is absolutely yummy BUT it is a horrific coil gunker. I am only using it in a rebuildable dripper so I can yank the cotton and dry burn frequently.

Limelight: Ever been in a public restroom that was cleaned with a strong smelling citrus cleaner? This stuff tastes like that smells. YUCK

Since the folks at ECF are asking us to take the survey and noted how important it is, I'm sure it's fine. A little paranoia never hurt anybody, though. :D

Yup, that's the reason I was so relaxed and trusting about it.

Until later.

Ahem, Tutu, dat's not a frying pan. It's da Hammer of Sore No More! Just remember dat skillet has da word kill in it.

<Wha... PLEASE tell me dat's not Deba behind me...>
RIP.gif
Hence why I call it a frying pan. I don't want her to kill anyone. Well, at least anyone on the porches.
Why don't they make A Billion Lives available to the public?
Knowing a relative that's in the industry, multi Academy Award winner/nominated "person," it doesn't pay the bills to do what is right if it costs millions of dollars to produce the project. They do deserve to be compensated for their work/time no matter how deserving the endeavor. Since they haven't garnered much interest in the indy film industry, I don't see much hope for them. I do sincerely hope the grass-roots support for the film does them much good. I really want them to succeed, but they should be compensated for their valiant efforts.
Uh-huh...I see how this works! Is there some kind of contest on here, amongst those who've been members a long time...to see who can encourage the "newbies" to the porch into buying the most vape stuff? :sneaky: Well, if there is one, I betcha I helped somebody win something! :D

Since I stepped onto on this porch, I've spent $137.55 on vape stuff discussed here...and again, I was only possibly interested in something to use for taste-testing. Yep, it's shineyitis nirvana here!

I got my first package of vape mail today...bought because of this thread, and 3 more will be arriving while I'm gone...because of this thread. You all are truly a bad influence on newbies. But...I like it! ;)
Phifffffft. Has nothing to do with long-term membership. We spend everybody's money equally, ask anyone. I made the chronic mistake of going onto the stockpiling thread and they make me spend money.
Yep ... we'll try harder when she get back.
Why wait until she gets back, let's hammer her now until then. :sneaky:
Alright you all! I did say that's what I spent because of this thread, and I've only been on the porch a few days! That $137.55 isn't all I've spent on vape stuff recently. Feel better now? :p

I did get a bunch of good stuff though - For that $137.55 (which included S/H, too) I got...(3) IGO-L, (6) yes 6, STM, (2) Kanger KBOX 40W mods, (5) 510 to eGo adapters, (10) 510 to eGo/510 adapters, and some of the Koh Gen Do organic cotton!

Funny, the girl I spoke to at Nordstrom's by phone, to ask about the thickness of theirs, had no clue it could be used for vaping. When she looked at the Reviews for it on Amazon...she found out that most were actually about making coils with it! She thought it was funny, and said, "Wow, you learn something new every day!" :)

What chu mean if I'd stayed on da noob forum? :) I haven't been on there as a noob to the ECF myself...since about last November. Was already vaping for 2+ years by then. Usually if I go there...it's just to give help or suggestions to newbies that some longtime members are encouraging to spend $$$ on vaping gear from the get-go! Most of those newbies don't know yet if they even like vaping. Kind of makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up when they're encouraged to spend major bucks right away. Some have even suggested sub-ohming to total newbies! I don't get that at all! :?:
The last retailer that found out KohGenDo was being used for vaping quit selling it, just so you know. :(
Lol! Never noticed that! I always get plastic bottles anyway so probably just never looked for anythng else.

Sent from my LG-V700 using Tapatalk
The bummer comes because, for whatever reason. I can taste the plastic. Really sucks to be in the select few that can.

Ever notice your GSD looks like a dachshund? El Whacko meet Retired, Retired meet El Whacko. Good luck Retired.
I am up to $60.97 since I've been here! Just ordered a Pico and 2 batteries...
Slacker. ;)

Growing up with depression era parents, it was always, still is, "waste not want not." They were also big on using stuff up to make shelf space. One day, I was about 8, I noticed there was a large (to me) bottle with a wee bit of clear liquid in it. It was roughly a mouthful and I swallowed it. OMG, the burning, horrid flavor. I don't know what happened next except tossing the bottle in the trash thinking I'd done a good deed. May have a lot to my aversion to hard liquor. :)
DH, I took the survey a while ago. Saw the promotion here and went to take it, same survery I took before. But IMHO, a good one.. Will it help? Only if "they" pay attention.
Thanks, I thought it was the same survey I did before but wasn't sure and didn't want to click "go" until I was.

Sopapilla's!
yessssssssssss but still not as good as on biscuits!

ejuicemeup can do that, Slots. Under Tools, Nic Combine

There may be others as well.
didn't know about the nic combine.....but @Slots I use ejmu to add nic real easy. Just put the amt of nic you want in the target nic strength. Type in how many mls of juice you have. click calculate. Add the amt of nic it says to the juice, and ignore everything else.

Absolutely!!! Considering I was raised in orange country, I ever sooo luv orange grove honey. Unfortunately I've yet to sample any berry nectars. Oh, BTW, I have had sum great clover honey.
jup! love me some orange blossom honey. Daniel and katy went to the farmer's market yesterday and amongst other things, brought home some lavender honey. I've had this before, but not this brand. We haven't cracked it open yet though

I personally prefer Sage honey. Every time I visit my Mom in AZ I pick up some to bring home with me.
oh wow, never had that

:D

I used to think so. Then I blew up a site while coding under the influence.
lmao!!! stone cold sober while you're on here please!! I'd probably cry if ECF got blown up!

I understand, but it's ok. At least so far it's not illegal to own it!!

I disagree with that assessment of Linux. My experience was that just as long as I was fully aware of the fact that I am a computer idiot, Linux did not give me any trouble.

This was back in the days of vBulletin 2 and 3 where it was much more difficult to modify how the forum worked. In those days, there were still "addons", but you had modify the forum templates manually in order to "install" the addon. If you made a boo-boo when making these changes, you stood a very good chance of blowing up your forums.

So yeah, no more CUI (Coding under the influence). :D

Up here, we also have Fireweed Honey. Good stuff!

Well, you obviously need more than just two batteries, and cases and chargers for them, and backups for your backups.... :pop:

A little paranoia never hurt anybody, though. :D

But it's not paranoia if they really are out to get you (us)...

Wow, that is almost as much as my 4.5 years on this porch... Well excluding my initial startup costs and what I have spent since the deeming came out... That changed a lot of spending habits...

Please go back to that thread. Go to the top of the thread, find "thread tools" click on "unwatch thread". It will then ask you if you REALLY want to unwatch the thread. Hang on to your resolve, and affirm that you do, indeed, want to unwatch that thread. Problem solved. Don't go back, because by the time you go back, you will have missed pages and pages.

If they MAKE you do things, all you have to do is ignore them. And, if you are really desperate, you can do that, too.
