Just got back from local vape shop and a couple of things came to my attention. To all InIndiana vapers they have put a pause on enforcement of the e-juice rrgs as of now they will not be inforced for 60 days then for the next 120 days only warnings will be issued. They say the reason is to check the FDA regs. The other thing I find interesting is there is no mention of this on Hossier vapers. I have to wonder why?

Thanks, Pat. Looks like she decided to order a Lemo with a glass tank. I tried talking her into a Kayfun... but I hear that the Lemo is a nice RTA, also.

I have 2 Lemo Drops. Nice tanks, just too airy for my liking. I plugged all but 1 air hole (wrapped the base in 3M DI-NOC) and now I like them better. Harder to find parts than Kayfuns, however.

Too airy? Hmmmm... now maybe I should take another look at the Lemo. I tend to prefer the airier attys. The Silver Play V2 is pretty much a perfect RTA for me. Decent flavor, easy to build, and has an almost RDA-like draw. I'm still strongly considering a Boreas, but I also want to pick up a Kayfun V3 Mini to put on top of my very old 15W VW Tesla mod. Should make for a decent little tootle-puffer.

That be the ribbed triangular one? Have two, still in use, still work fine. Although I do put a full size KF on top

Yep, dandy tootle rig. Use the full M5 tank on the KF and you almost have to tie it down, it's so light!

Yep, that's the one. I kinda want to put the V3 Mini on it, because the mod is 19mm at the taper... so no overhang.

Yeah... sometimes I'm picky like that...

What one did you get? I've got a bunch of 18650 batts I no longer use for vaping. Been thinking about a flashlight that uses them.

Short version...it's a trap.

They were FOR the law because they thought it would close all vape shops and leave their members as the only retailers for juice.

Since all their suppliers failed to get a permit many more shady things have been going on. Bonus, it has finally gotten the full attention of the media because of the shady things going on behind closed doors. Which is a clear violation of the law. So the hounds are on their trail and there are a number of efforts to discredit Hoosier Vapers and direct the investigation towards us. This letter is merely the most public attempt to date.

We expect more things like this in the near future. Don't believe everything you see and hear, especially if it seems like great news for vapers, unless it it is written in a final regulation ruling or a judge's opinion as part of a ruling. (There is the highly unlikely option of the governor making an executive change, but that would be part of public record.)

To keep things at the proper place, I cannot reveal all I know as that could threaten our position. Politics during litigation is a tricky thing so we intend to error towards the high road. Apologies if this doesn't satisfy folks, we're doing the best we can with the hand we hold.

And another, from today.....

We received our first message that an ATC agent entered a vape shop and checked for compliant liquid due to an anonymous tip. The shop was in compliance and the agent left.

Just in case anyone thought the letter about no enforcement for so many days had any bearing on vape shops, other than it being an attempt to trap shops, was true.

We have no idea who was the tipster or if that part of the agent's speech was true. There was an issue with the labels of some bottles not having the same name as a permit holder, but producing an invoice with the permit holder's name and the name on the juice bottles settled the matter.

HV has members camped out at the ATC to attend the June 6th rules meeting. (that's not a typo, yes, it's July, we know that, but the ATC has issues reading calendars or something)

Which Lemo I have heard some things about the Lemo 2 I think that it leaks so did the 1 I had a couple and sold them

The K3 mini is a great tootle puffer, but pretty tight draw... I think it's like 0 holes on a Stumpy.

having a real blast lately. Ordered 2 provari's on friday. Order isn't listed, no answer to emails.

I ordered 2 Provari minis on 7/4 and received tracking info today.

The K5 is a great vape but it's not a wide open AF. The Tobeco clones I have heard really good and some bad about. IDK for sure mine are sitting at Camano Island. Won't really have a chance to build one till Tuesday or Wednesday. Most everyone really likes them I have just seen 1 guy so far that didn't and that was because the Pos and Neg post holes weren't drilled out and threaded long enough for the longer screws and also heard the screws are really cheap which I wonder if he didn't mean the holes. Who would cut corners on a screw. Also the clone has Pyrex glass the authentic has Quartz which I have heard is pretty strong. One guy dropped his authentic V3 which does have less glass but no problem. I love my authentic just hope the clones are as good as most everyone who has got theirs says. They say vapingwise exactly like the authentic. I think I may go for the authentic glass tanks and parts kits for the clones also. And I have heard the MTL kits are excellent really can dial in your V5. I been busy with other stuff but I'm going to that thread now to see how they like them after a day with them, the clones that is the authentic I can't put it down the flavor is way better then anything I have tried before and like I say with the MTL really supposed to be even better everyone is saying they like the middle size the best the kit comes with 3 sizes.
