If I did business in PA, I'd think about moving my mail order business to a warehouse in an adjoining state, shipping from there, and paying the tax only on items in stock for sale in brick and mortar stores. PA may lose in the long run. Business people aren't stupid.
To me the whole thing or things that are happening are deplorable. There are so many other things way more important then 20mil vapers which obviously have no say in their own freedom of choice. I just don't get it well I do it's all about money. There should be a voters pamphlet put out for vapers of who to vote for and against, I know my old union puts one out every election. I'm still trying to figure out if you order from fastech in the State of WA, I am sure they are not going to get licensed plus the packages are supposed to be labeled with Ecig Products Contained or some such thing but Fastech sells a lot of stuff. How are they going to know. I'm sure the tax is coming, they have their foot in the door. Hopefully this governor will be voted out this election but who knows, the West side of the state made the difference of getting the unnamed being made legal but they are mostly against vaping for the children. The East side of the state is a minority.

OK thanks. This state is requiring packages be labeled something to do with either tobacco or ecigs but it hasn't gone into effect yet and the person selling it has to be licensed to import to the state of WA.Pat, the packages are labeled "electronics". And usually marked as a "gift".

That would be a good choice they would still be able to sell batteries which is most of their business. Oh I was thinking of RTD. Nevermind

I could live quite happily with that.
Insurance companies are out of control. They don't test for legal/illegal drug, dangerous activities, caffine ingestion, booze consumption or any other oddball stuff, but quit smoking and they charge you more (plus the wasted expense for testing). I intensily dislike them for so many reasons.
Do keep a sharp eye out for if/how you will be tested for it and do your research. It can take awhile to clear your sysetm depending on the test.

Since I wasn't really expecting any mail today I decided I didn't want to go out in the heat to check the mail. The walk to the mail box is usually my exercise for the day Well, out of curiosity I checked to see where my recent order was at and low and behold. My 2 black subox mini kits were delivered and waiting for me out there I just ordered them Monday morning, they were coming from NJ. Unbelievably fast but I ain't complaining. I really think I am done with shopping for the time being. I wonder where I've heard that before
