Thought you would have been turned off by the apparent small build deck on the goblin PapaSloth.

I mainly like bigger coils to avoid wicking issues, but the juice channels on the Goblin are huge, and the coils are right near the juice channels. I don't expect that large coils will really be needed. I think this one will be much more susceptible to leaking/flooding, though.

Worst case, I can always resell it if I don't like it. It seems like everyone wants it right now.

Rotowoman, I agree with Flaming and Matt (I think it was Matt) when they said if you're really climbing the walls have a cigarette. A lot of people have some cigarettes while they're switching to vaping. There's no sense in driving yourself crazy unless it's something you feel strongly about. Even though I accidently quit smoking with my first rig I kept that 1/2 pack of Marlboro's on the fridge for 6 months before tossing them, just in case. As we always say, it's the cigs you don't smoke that count. When you hit those times when you really have a craving you can try vaping your face off until it passes. Sometimes that works and I'd always advise having a higher nic juice for the tough times. Just relax and enjoy vaping. it's a great ride.

This article was posted recently - The Great Nicotine Myth. Evidently ingesting it would cause awful vomiting and therefore would not be fatal.
The Great Nicotine Myth

Interesting. A month after I started vaping, my rooster was sick, so I decided to put him out with 10 valium and euthanize him. 8pm he got the valiums. I was using 2 510's at the time. I needed 2 to get thru the next 4 hours. Well nothing happened and I finally went to bed at 1 am. Well the stinker crowed the next morning. I never thought I would get thru that night without a cigarette and I did but I had 2 pv's going. What the heck, when a craving hits, just set up as many pv's as you have and just keep vaping.

I later learned that valium doesn't affect chickens. But vodka does. :D

Yep, $70 a carton here in PA. They put a tax on everything here. Which is one reason gas will never go below $2 a gallon but will go over $5 when the price goes back up.

I saw a station yesterday with $2.04 for gas . I'm about 30 miles north of Tampa. I had no idea that cartons were going for that much. I think down here they are more like $50-55. And every gas shop and go has loads of e-cigs, e-juice and everything. I hope big tobacco is .....ting in their pants.

As far as lemos and those build your own things, I'm real happy with my itazte VV, it gives me an ohm reading which is cool. I just discovered for me that the aspire mini tanks like a CE-5 is superior to the Kanger mini pro I have. So no fussing, very easy. I had mods but started having big trouble with batteries that were slightly off size and wouldn't fit, or mod boxes that were made way too tight and just sold it all and kindof stick with what I have now.

Had to put up another post you see my number of posts. Not good.
Leg's, you have to do some posting "outside" of "the porch".
When you belong to a thread, the posting you do inside the thread, don't count.
Go welcome some new members, and watch it start adding up. :thumb:

Actually, big tobacco is a lot of those products you see on the shelves at convenience stores now. About 2 years ago they finally figured out they weren't going to snuff out the vaping phenomenon and started buying up vaping companies and producing their own brands. The last to the race to make money off off vaping has been Phillip Morris (MO). I do a lot of individual investing so I have been following this story for a while.

Unless I missed something somewhere there's no prize for the number of posts. Your count won't go up on the back porch because it's in the lounge, but it will go up on the front porch or elsewhere on other threads. We here all know and love you already so counts don't matter unless it's just a fun thing for you to keep track of.

The KF was pif'd to me along with the Hana Modz, the wonderful woman who gave them to me put a coil in it so I could use it right way until I learned to do my own. I've rewicked several times, not sure how long it'll be good, but I'll sure find out! How will I know it's time to recoil?

That's what I get for going to be early, Mike beat me to it. Again.

Yepper, vapor and / or flavor will start to fall off, but that's also an indication of merely a gunked coil.

If you don't deform or otherwise break it when cleaning / un- and re- wicking, don't over power the poor little thing by hitting it with massive watts and actually burn it out (so it won't be seen as a coil, just an open circuit), months isn't out of the question.

Smaller gauges are more susceptible to short life. Easier to deform, easier to burn out. But heat and cool faster than heavy gauge coils.

Has anyone ever bought enything from 101 Vapes? If so how were they?

Numerous times, always happy with the products and service. Never had to deal with any problems with them.

That's the most important part, Seminole. If it doesn't give you what you want, no matter how big the "gee wiz" factor is, it's no good. For you.

While I do like my KFs and such, I also like my Spinner types with "retro" (hah!) clearos that use single bottom coils. Small, light, easy to maintain (as you said, although I do complicate it a bit and rebuild those coils...), and I'm not going to be all broken up if I lose one under the lawn mower!

Not all vapers really want to get into the "hobby" side, and that's perfectly fine. Although if the Feds and various States have their way, those vapers will be looking for those of us who did :)

The reason that Legs wanted to make another post immediately was that he was at post #666 and wanted to get to any different number.

When you pull the previous wick, either clip one end and pull from the other, or pull from both ends. This will help prevent you from deforming the coil. When you dry-burn, make sure and inspect the coil to see if it starts glowing from the center out. If any place lights up brightly, you have a hot-spot, and need to replace the coil.

I placed that FT order. Trimmed it down a bit, and some items are restocking, but to get it shipped before the holiday, I figured it would be best to go ahead and order now. Sometimes there are surprises.

he had to post because his post count was either 667 - 1, or 665 + 1

Or you could say it was 999 - 333 ?

Kidney Puncher has pre orders on the Goblin clone starting today.
