I have the silica and ekowool (also silica), but the cotton gives me better flavor...maybe I'm dreamin', but don't wake me up!



That's economical, but I just prefer the cotton...so I rebuild them right off. Actually, haven't bought any of the BC heads for a while. Wish I could find a supplier for the insulator, although I have not looked around for one yet. If anyone has a supplier please LMK.

One other thing, I haven't been able to get much past 7 watts with Silica, but with the OC I can vape at 12+ watts with no dry hits. I don't normally vape past 10 watts, but when I do



18650 mode is my favorite, got used to the longer tube with the VTube back when, but the short mode is a little more discrete and for the ladies with smaller hands probably more compatible. The bottom line is what works best for the individual...we all love this great and healthier alternative.

I haven't been up to date on a lot of things lately, and I wonder if anyone has tried these? eMax VV/VW 1300mAh Battery It's the first vv/vw eGo style battery I've seen. My brother in law wants to start vaping very soon. He is sold on the eGo Twist, or Spinner type batteries. I will probably get him a coupe of Spinners since the dial is easier to read.

He is a 2-1/2 pk/day smoker! OK, OK, start with the "get him a Provari" thing so we can put it to bed! Seriously though, he wants to quit smoking, and I'm getting all the prices together, and will teach him to make his own juice. I let him try one of my concoctions, and he's very impressed.

Good find !!!! I have not seen these.

I really like that unit. It goes to 6 volts and 15 watts, while the Innokin vv-v3 only goes to 5 volts and 11 watts I believe.

I assumed the same thing, so when I saw they had a shipping estimator I used it, and was pleasantly surprised. All of the items that I checked had free shipping, even the ohm checker (which I already have on the way from someone else ).

One of those days. And a reminder why I only mix with 48 mg base....
Only 3 hours of sleep last night, and caffeine don't work for me, so added what I hastily calculated as double strength in my juice. Oops. Calculated wrong, and instead of 8mg, I had 18!!! Only took about 10 puffs to get jitters.

QUICKLY drank a lot of water, which seems to help and dumped the juice out... Then made a correct addition to 8 mg and I'm doing MUCH better now!

Definitely keeping awake and alert. I'm switching out between my normal and extra strength liquids.

Ain't it funny how your body gets so used to the lower nic that what you vaped a year ago can send you bouncing off the walls?

2.4 mg? you mean 2.4 Milligrams per milliliter? that is VERY low indeed!
or maybe you meant 24 mg which is 2.4%

No argument here! Nothing wrong with starting with a Spinner, in fact, it's a great place to start. The ProVari can be for next month when he's flipp'n happy about how great vaping is!

I bought some of these:
AGA Series Positive Post Insulators - 10 pack - Kidney Puncher

They are different from the ones Portertown posted.
These are harder material, not rubber-ish.
They were all that I could find at the time.
I wanted them for my protanks, even though they are made for a different one.
They are a tight fit, so I split the top a little to get it in, and they work great.
I'm thinking they will not wear out near as fast as the softer ones, and may be more heat resistant.
But ....
I really like the looks of the ones Portertown found, so I going to get some of those too.
They look more like the rubber-ish ones that came with the tanks, and they look like they will be easier to squish inside.

I'm always ready to collect all the spare "parts" I can find.

I've tried hemp, and haven't been able to get past it's taste, either...

I use silica for the main wick, so I can dry burn a few times, and cotton yarn for flavor wicks on all my bottom coils. They generally get tossed when I clean, whether or not it needs a dry burn.

Mike has tried a couple different hemps and even after boiling the **** out of it we still didn't like the taste. It definitely adds it's own flavor to the juice, and that's fine if you like the taste. Is the whole idea to get the flavor of hemp or to wick better?
