Hello Yiddle! So happy to see you and hear that all is going well. Isn't it crazy how much we have gathered over the years each with it's own selection of memories and reasons for us having kept it. I hope all finds a comfortable corner and life settles in for you soon.
Drop in again soon, we miss you when you are away so long!

Yep...it's hard to sort through and get rid of things....but I keep saying that they are just "things" ........I have the memories...and when I can't remember any longer..it won't matter..LOL

We've been in our house for about 20 years, now, and periodically have to sort and toss. (Well, Goodwill, kids, etc, not much get really tossed!)

But I've always been of the opinion that any thing I own is for sale. (Living creatures are NOT things ) Now, some things have a high emotional content, so their price might seem exhorbitant. But heck, we had our wedding rings custom made, and they're for sale. First 5 million cash takes the pair! Make that in unmarked $20s.

If I ever finally get done....would so love to have Mike and Janet visit...{{{{HUGS}}} for the both of you. and guess what....discovered I have a gourmet cafe about 4 doors down the street from me. Can't afford to eat there often, but it will be nice for a treat. the pics really had me drooling...

Glad you're back! Just remember that you can now take your time and put your place together like you want. It's time to be happy. Don't knock yourself out - there's no prize for finishing in record time. Isn't it nice to be able to do this at your own pace - and vape to your hearts content without worry? I'm truly so happy for you.

My Dad lives in Allentown, my Aunt in Harrisburg... looks like The Tomcat Café would be worth the detour, I too was drooling looking at sone of their food!

I myself just hobbled up the basement stairs on my poor tired old legs, bringing up the pillows I washed today; hubby and I both had a virus last week, and I wanted to kill the bugs...he had to meet me halfway and help me carry them up, lol.
