Because the Ceramic cup is not hermetically sealed and the air will be coming out every which way from around the cup and around the Positive Terminal. It's like a bad carburetor, where it allows to flow through the Jet and around the Jet as well.
Besides drilling new Airflow holes, I sealed those old Airholes on the side with three headless screws and sanded them flush, and also sealed the bottom 510 connector with Silicone insulator from AGA or something. Now I have my Airflow completely insulated from anything else.
What's the make on that ohm reader, it looks much better than mine?Quick & Dirty. Wanted a cooler build.

That's right about my all day set up with an rda too. I have a cloud build in my patriot to play with, but I love the way a good 0.8 hits.
Eleaf...I really don't know how accurate it is. I have 5 ways to measure resistance around here, and each one reads different...
edit: I think it's hard to measure really low ohms in general...how hard i screw the atty on changes the resistance reading...

Nice i haven't tried dual in it im thinking ill keep it as a dedicated single coil atty, i did drill all the airholes ot to 2.4mm, any bigger and i wouldve gone into the o-ring
Slot, i just braided up some 30g gonna slap that in their before bed might be back with pics

And what the check you wrap your coils on to get the legs that perfect

I braided it as tight as i could maybe that why my ohm lower lol it took me 1 and a half movies to do 6 inches lol was netflixing while i did it
Nah I did mine relatively loose too, on purpose, it's all about that wire gap for the flavor
thinking of redoing it tonight with as tight a braid as I can manage, should be interesting, might need the minister of finance's help holding it tight
