Correction,Yes they are 10.5A batteries.
Correction. Do a little reading next time. Look into the controversy with Efest and their purple batteries. And efest likes to use their pulse rating as their amp limit rating. When they should be using the continues discharge rating. So I'd be careful putting your faith into them so blindly.

This was my sweetest day gift bf got me a sting ray and the stillare v3. Tri coil is awesome chucks vapor.

Been playing with some twisted 28 gauge the last couple days. I'm really liking it a lot.

Stillare dual twisted 28g, 0.3 ohm. Don't have enough juice to try this yet, but judging by the glow of the coils, this is gonna rip:

Stillare dual 28g twisted 0.3.jpg

My ADV - Magma twisted 28g 0.8 ohm. The juice is a mishmash of the tiny bit I have left, some NET I made, some RY4 double, some banana nut bread and a tiny bit of the melonball moonshine residue that was in my gf's tank. It's a coil gunker for sure:

And I'm waiting on a new top cap before I can vape this one. TOBH V2 twisted 28g 0.8 ohm:

Rose V2 spaced and oval to accommodate two Rayon wicks:
Interesting approach to dealing with the somewhat odd build characteristics of the Rose V2. How did it work out? What gauge and type of wire? How'd you make the oval? Larger round then squish or ?

It wasn't my idea, there is a guy name: E_SMOKE https://www.fasttech.com/products/1/10010621/1911801-lancia-style-rebuildable-dripping-atomizer

This idea belongs to him. I wrapped this "Toaster" around two parallel 2mm pins and then torched it while it was still on the pins. Otherwise the coil would not retain it's shape. This is why using flat ribbon or parallel wraps become difficult because the coil just would not stay in shape. I'm going to try squeezing a round coil next time. Thanks for the idea.

Every time I see those sorts of builds I think I really need to make myself a micro welder. Then I think about how much of a PITA just wrapping some Kanthal around a screwdriver is to me so I just sigh and decide to move on. :banghead:

Man, I am sooooo glad I found this thread ! This old man doesn't understand conductivity of various metals or any of that stuff, but I can read Pictures ! And a multimeter, too ! Hopefully as I research this thread some more y'all can help me understand my new toy a little better.
New Reos.jpg IMG_20141020_162035_627.jpg
First build was twin 2.4 ohm (1.2 ohm total) using 29g Kanthal and cotton wicking (pictured). Great flavor, but slow. Second build was twin 6/7 wrap of 30g Kanthal that came in at 0.8 each (0.4 total). Too hot for my liking. Then I found this thread. I think I'll go back and read some more pictures now.....

That is the coolest mod I've ever seen. Is it unregulated?

Yes, it's a strait mechanical. LP/SL Reos Grand and RM5 RBA. I've been using Reos Mods exclusively for almost two years now, so I am familiar with a Multimeter.

EDIT: Sorry, it just dawned on me my last two posts might seem contradictory. This new mod is my first sub-ohm, first dual coil setup. I've only used RM2's (single coils) before....

Nice setup, mod and RDA! Sounds like you're on the right track, maybe split the difference between the two builds. Those double cross RDAs are pretty intense, I'm waiting to get mine back now actually.

Actually, I did. After earlier post I wrapped twin 10 wrap 30g Kanthal coils on 3/32 drill bit, metered 1.6 each (0.8 total). Think I have found my sweet spot. The RBA is an RM5, which is or was a Double Cross that Rob O'Neill remodded for bottom feeding. The feed port is located at the bottom of the Center post. IMG_20141020_143734_069.jpg

Nice! Can't wait to try my double cross out on a REO. I got the tf version a while back, and sent in to Chowderhead to have modded for bf.

When I built it in tf mode I tried to hover between 0.6-0.8 ohms and it worked out well in that small chamber.

I dont think I have ever seen a parallel 30 g, I have been twisting my 30g. How does that vape?
