Hey Cash, I saw at Puresmoker`s site that no international shippings are allowed!!!??? And meeeeeeeeee??? Buying from Uk is much more expensive for me because pounds are 4x a Brazilian real. I neeeeeeeeeeed to buy with you! Please, ship to Brazil! My account is still working in Puresmoker site with my adress.

Why has your product been stuck at customs for so long? Is this normal? Does this have anything to do with the FDA's new program of seizing (permanently?) electronic cigarettes at customs?

From the perspective of a customer, the whole situation seems very distressing. It seems that Customs, whether acting alone or at the behest of the FDA, is determined to deny us our electronic cigarettes, and thereby force us back to using analogs.

If that is their motivation, then their actions seem unconscionable.

Anyway, I -- and many other of your customers, I'm sure -- am very curious about your situation, and am interested in knowing if there is a way whereby we could collectively apply pressure on the responsible authorities to allow your products to enter the U.S. unfettered by bureaucratic obstacles.

I am a relative newbie to Puresmoker, but I was under the impression that it was a great supplier. However, since I became aware of Puresmoker a couple of weeks ago, I have yet to see a DSE901 in stock. Meanwhile, there are apparently plenty of other suppliers with them in stock.

Puresmoker has committed to me that they would have products in stock by a certain date, and that date has come and gone with no change (and no explanation).

To be clear, I am *NOT* bashing you, Puresmoker. In fact, I am waiting -- as patiently as I can -- for you to restock, and -- unfortunately -- smoking analogs in the meantime. That is how committed I have been to choosing you as my supplier, but my patience has a limit.

The thing that really bothers me is that this forum states that it is updated daily, but I don't see any explanations for the delay nor specific statements about when you will be fully stocked again.

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

My guess is that CaSh and crew are battling to get their stock out of hock with customs. That can be a pretty slow process, and probably more painful considering they probably get much larger shipments than individuals would. I'm really hoping that this customs tirade will subside, but until we hear for sure, I'm assuming thats what they are up to.

The reason that we have not been giving updates daily is because there is nothing to update. Customs still has our product, going on at least a month now, and while we've been constantly calling and requesting updates, they are not of much help. We do not know when or if we will get the product from them. It seems that several suppliers are going through this right now, so, while we were expecting to have product in stock on a continual basis, obviously this has put a damper on things.
