Please remember that pretty much all our product is stuck at customs right now, so we don't have an update on when we'll be receiving it. If customs didn't have it, we'd have a better idea if/when we'd be getting it.
Or if you really want to geek out, add Twitter notification to your page, that way when you are in stock, everyone will instant notification!

Why has your product been stuck at customs for so long? Is this normal? Does this have anything to do with the FDA's new program of seizing (permanently?) electronic cigarettes at customs?
From the perspective of a customer, the whole situation seems very distressing. It seems that Customs, whether acting alone or at the behest of the FDA, is determined to deny us our electronic cigarettes, and thereby force us back to using analogs.
If that is their motivation, then their actions seem unconscionable.
Anyway, I -- and many other of your customers, I'm sure -- am very curious about your situation, and am interested in knowing if there is a way whereby we could collectively apply pressure on the responsible authorities to allow your products to enter the U.S. unfettered by bureaucratic obstacles.
