I am stocking up prepairing for a worst case scenario and I bought quadrouple what I thought I would need for this, wire, and extra things like grub screws box mod kits next is batteries and DIY juice stuff. ordered a safe as well. I'm still going to try to help fight but I went to my local political gathering today and waited in line for 2hrs finally got up to the mic asked if the parties were pro or against vaping and was simplay replied with "next question please" so yeah I'm glad I'm a prepper at heart

Woot! The infamous TFV4 "RX200 killer" on the RX200s.

That one is perfect, but for less money you can go get 500 ft of it at Sally's. 44060
Found it. Now I'm torn, do I buy the small amount to try and see if it like it, or do I buy the big box hoping I do.

Well, wicking with it has its quirks, but once you figure it out, it is amazing

agreed. you cant beat the flavor and nic hit now if I use cotton it tastes almost chalky I say get it. for the price you cant beat it cotton costs way more tastes worse and has just as many quirks.

Yea, rayon half right is better then Cotton! I put Rayon in my dripbox a week later I received my 2nd dripbox and left a nicely done cotton loaded coil that came with it. 4 days later I could still taste cotton compared to the Rayon which after 6-8 pulls had no taste except banana creme! It took me several tries but it is well worth the effort. I did as advised and thinned even after the Rayon is wet. A month later and it keeps getting better!!! Non flavored even taste good. It is a shame more folks don't master this wick material. Rayon changed EVERYTHING for the better! I found I even vape less. Less juice, less Batt, less wick, less time and no rotten cotton taste:rickroll:and more :vapor::party: Thanks to Jeremy and all, for your tireless work!!!

Question for you guys. When I hand twisted Temco's ss316L 2 strands 32g. I made 2 coils, perfect.

When I used a drill the coil was so springy, couldn't wrap a good coil. I've heard you are suppose to heat the twisted wires, then torch the made coil until it glows (suppose to remove the springyiness). I did this & it worked.

Am I doing this correctly? Thanks!

On another note, I tried 304 stainless steel from FT. I used 28g & it's pretty amazing to watch when dry burning. I forgot the exact ohms but for example, the coil was .70 ohm when you fire you see the ohms raising then it slowing goes back down to the original .70 ohms. 304 stainless is pretty interesting & gives a great vape.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Heating the wire prior to winding a coil is called tempering/ I temper my Ti before twisting it or winding a coil, then re-temper after winding the coil to compress it making a close spaced coil. I'd suggest just heating to a dull red rather than "cherry" red to minimize producing oxides on the surface that can end up in you vape.

Thanks for the "lingo" & suggestion!
Do you know why it is so springy when twisted with a drill opposed to by hand? Is it because the drill is twisting it way more than I could by hand?
