Wow, I didn't know that itty bitty Aiolos puts out so much vapor. :ohmy:Wait, It's probably just the way qorax builds it. Nevermind [emoji23]

Great Video BTW. Always informative!
I have been building mine similarly to Q-Man, and I can confirm it spits out the vapor for me too. Although we all know how special The Q is...in this case, the Aiolos thinks us all worthy of its wonderful performance

This might be a worthwhile read for anyone using or considering Ti wire.

Titanium wires for vaping

I dont use Ti but there is a whole giant thread about it in the GG forum. They have been going back and forth about reasons to use it VS Kanthal etc.

I did not get into it much, they started with the usual GG fanatic arguments and lost me. But what I do remember is that the whole reason for using Ti is that it is safer (supposedly) and cleaner taste etc, but you dont need to torch it or dry burn it. That it is pliable enough, etc.

Mostly Imeo says that burning, torching, dry burning ANY wire is unhealthy and causes oxidation that is harmful. Man that got heated with so many opinions and arguments..

Yeah, his Proteus is specifically designed to use Ti wire too, no tweaking temps on nickel based TP devices, although like Sedge many people have had great success using Ti on DNA40s and the M-Class. I just thought the article was interesting, figured I'd share

I already posted that on page 300 :(

TI? Titanium? I not vaping that  People have me scared. Saying there was a test or something in the forums and it was dangerous. I'm using 28 gauge nickle, which is a breeze to use:) But hey, if you feel comfortable with using Titanium. It's your choice :) If you hear anything please let me know. I may want to try it in the future :D

BTW, if I'm not mistaken the Joules to watts is basically the same. Correct me if I'm wrong tho :)

Joules to watts (W) conversion calculator

I found the article on Titanium Wire :)

I'm not using it either avidfan. I'm just living life :) I was worried before I quit smoking about lung cancer and such. Now with the titanium and popcorn lung from Diacetylor whatever in mother's milk. I'm kinda scared. I'm in pretty good spot and don't want to end up hospitalized like 10 years from now watching the lawyer warnings on TV asking if I had ever used Titanium or Diacetyl  People who want to use it good for them but I'm a low risk kinda guy so a pretty thought out warning like what I've read is enough for me to take head and just use the other coil materials :)

I actually have some Ti (grade 1) wire heading my way.
At present I'm about as concerned with using it as I am with using Nickel, Kanthal, Silver or any other wire for vaping. But as is sensible, I'll be keeping a close eye on things when I start using it and not do silly things like torching it. :p
TBH I have greater concerns about the juices I vape (and what is produced by heating it) than what wire I use.
