Start with Hussar Vapes, Attysmith, and AllianceTech for attys. Limelight Mechanics, Dicodes, and Attysmith are good for mods. Just do a search for the closed/ private groups on Facebook. Buying used is the way to go, a $1200 budget should be a good start!
