I can say $100 on a mod isn't out of the question, just wouldn't buy many. My Therion is the most expensive I own, followed by the dotsquonk. Before the B2K the most I'd spent in an rda way $40. 3 times. Same RDA...so yeah.

OK, I have a question for JFC and the Squonkers (lol), for debate's sake, lets say I was interested in an Athena setup as a starter rig. Opinions?
Seems a bit pricey considering what's available for less and how much more you can expect if you were to spend just a little more. Just my 2¢.

I am looking for advice from any Daedalus Pro users. My first experiment with it today was a decided failure and I think I had the wrapping wire screwed down too tightly - the wire holder didn't move back as it is supposed to and just continued to wrap wire on top of the wire. Is there a rule of thumb for how tightly the wrapping spool should be that someone can suggest or I am just going to have to get it figured out with trial and error? I know it has to be "just right." What the heck is "just right?"
I have the Athena, the Pulse and the Squeezer and IMO the Pulse is the best value in Squonking. Not really a fan of the Athena although I do use it occasionally. I don't like that I have to apply nooxid to the place where the fire button makes contact to prevent it from arcing and I'm also not a fan of either bottle it comes with. I actually like the Squeezer more than the Athena but not as much as the Pulse.

It's ok. Not as good as the Pulse or the Squeezer IMO.
