One of the greatest bands ever. I have everything they did until 2012. Unfortunately, one of the depressing typical break up stories in rock history. Geoff Tate was one of the best lead singers ever to take the stage. His wife managed the group and his daughter managed the fan club. Things boiled over in 2012. Legal battles, actual physical fights, and Tate was gone.
I think it took 2 years to settle. In the end, I think the lead guitarist, bass player, and drummer won the rights to the name. But Tate won the rights to the rock opera Operation Mindcrime.
The music sounds the same, but now they have this squeaky dude wailing. Sad.

I went to Operation Mindcrime, back in 1988 when they opened for Metallica on the Damaged Justice (And Justice For All) tour. Loved it.

God I'm old.

I've never seen Queensryche, but I saw Metallica open for, if I remember correctly, Ozzy, in 1986. (may have been DIO, but I believe it was Ozzy)

Berry Crunch Cereal Flavor Shot

I have been toking this juice almost since I discovered MBV some five years ago. I never get tired of it, and now I like to add a little fruit to it just to oonch it up a tad. I like this mixed at 8% flavor by volume on its own. I've added strawberry, blueberry, pomegranate and raspberry at 1-2%.

On its own, it is absolutely spot on for the aroma and flavor of the cereal.

Which happened to be my favorite cure for the midnight munchies back in my party days. I'd wake up the morning after God knows what kind of gallivant. Hangover from Satan and the roof my mouth shredded to bits.

Saw Dio in "87 and '88. 1987 was Monsters of Rock in Dallas and 1988 was the Dream Evil tour in San Antonio. Ronnie James Dio was one of the best showman EVER.
Dream Evil had the giant spider come out in the air and they had a laser beam come out of the the lead guitar during solo and blow it up.
