Man I'm realizing I gotta call my former employer to find out their "policies" if they have any. Sigh. I would GO, but I like, break out in a cold sweat every time I pass by in my car. This is because I was terminated due to "health" reasons, which the HR lady explained had to be the case for me to continue certain benefits.
Most employers in the real world won't say ANYTHING but list "time employed" unless you specifically state otherwise, due to fear of lawsuits.
But, this is a sovereign nation, the same may not be true for them and etc. Because like, they have their own code and I read it to become a tribal Advocate and I don't remember much about privacy in there.
And yea, I could sue them, but I would have to do it in THEIR court and the chances of a "big win" are colder than absolute zero. Sigh. I think license first, I am getting the hebbie jeebies abuot even CALLING them worse than the board. I was pretty mad when I left. Etc.
Way to go Anna, heap some more stress on yourself. I've never had this issue before, and it should be, ah, interesting, but I need to find out so that I list things correctly(if nothing else for future applications I may potentially have sunk this one.
NBC-- the more you know.
