morning all.
the engine II. wicked it perfectly first time i tried.
the three after that weren't quite as successful. juice would be gurgling all over the place after the first few hits and leaking from the AFC. didn't feel like i was over, or under, stuffing the juice ports. not sure what was going on.
seem to have nailed it with this last build. two aliens coming in at 0.13 with trusty rayon.
the zathog and fireluke should be here in a couple of days. the horus still hasn't shipped as the extra mesh coils for the fireluke still aren't in stock on FT.
did manage to drop my EOS into an (empty) ceramic sink earlier...it has emerged unscathed and so did the crius II atop. phew.

I’m still hit and miss with the Fanciers. I get it right about 3 out of 4 times. Not just the wicking - but if there’s one tiny empty space in the channel it’s gonna leak - but also have to remember to use the max vg. So I’m going to put all the max in the green bottles.

after using it for a good while today i think that there's a mangled o-ring problem. shall tackle it tomorrow.
do have a fancier on my wishlist on FT. maybe one day.

A drop of juice on o-rings goes a long way toward a leak free atomizer assembly. They crinkle easily when clean and dry.

yup...always do that when assembling a tank or dripper.
think in this instance it's got caught in the threads or something similar. a post-mortem will be performed.

Saw this online - all I thought was 'wow that would be awesome for my vape gear'

My cats would own the cart the minute it was unboxed. I get seeing the oh man that would be a great diy rack or atty holder. Every store I go in that's what I see, vape organization tools.

I have 3. Like them a lot...simple, reliable and insane battery life. There’s new colors coming soon. Dark blue and a green, IIRC.

Did you use the little plastic 510 protection wafer on your DB? I’m really missing mine. I think the failure was due to e-juice intrusion on the screen, but not a definite. It would seem there would be a more protective seal around that,if that is the case.
I will get another down the road, the one I bought was previously owned off our site here. Picked it up for only $40 so I don’t feel terrible about the whole deal.

Ok, kids, long time, no post...........
I am WAY behind in current vape delivery devices and what's new, what's simple/convenient, blah, blah, blah.
Been vapin' my Provari/Kayfun combo for years now, and want to "upgrade"...if that's possible. (Does this make me an old school vaper?!?!?!)
Haven't ordered anything, for years, stocked up for the dread vapocolypse and still have stuff.
In the mean time, got married, added to the herd of horses (6 horses, 3 minis), doing the milk goat thing, have a calf on the way, added a Sib husky to the wolfdog pack, and occasionally go to gigs with my husband to set up the equipment for his sound company (I'm still die hard rock and heavy metal). Was up in the pines doing sound for the Too Broke For Sturgis event ( I don't know if causing a heart attack of one of the music lovers makes you a badass band but it makes good print...dude is ok) a few weeks back. LOTS of vapin' bikers. Not so much with the horse peeps, they still dig their death sticks and chew, yucko.

Soooooooooo.....if you can suggest any vape rig that's simple Simon, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

Oh following with interest..love my provari kayfuns so much I am actually considering asking a handy modder to update them to accept flat top 18650s.

I have tried to keep up with the times...mostly with starter kits as one of my favourite hobbies is converting smokers. But I always come back to the quality and consistency and just plain durability of those provaris and kayfuns. I have horses, dogs, kids and all manner of things have happened like hiking on snowshoes, losing the mod then finding it next spring. Cleaned up a little rust, aired it out, new battery and the thing works just the same. Find me a Chinese mod that will last with my lifestyle for 10 years! Sure my pico is great, but that tube shaped provari just feels more natural and I can use it while nail polish is drying! Shame about provape.

I have a set of six 30Q's that are now four days late. USPS "recommends" that I wait another three days before reporting them lost.

I politely "recommended" that they deliver the damned package.
