There are video unboxings and a review on YouTube, not to mention presale sites with pictures up. Explain why you can't post pictures.

Ayyyy you are right.

Good to see that LV is heading the way of CoV with its product quality.

We'll have to rename it to the council of vapor Drone or smok Drone.

Eh I’m actually 100 percent on board with all the decisions they made with this one. The old drone was like lifting a weight all day. And the old tubing was terrible then and it’s still nonsense now but at least it’s not any worse.

This door though is straight...what we’re they thinking.

@diagrammatiks - What SS316 mesh are you using in the Profile? And am I reading that correctly in that its resistance is 0.147 ohms? Just curious.

I think this profile has ss316 200 grade. You can get it from fasttech. I’m going to assume that’s what I’m able to get from the supplier. Vandy vape has that grade as well.

Yes, I knew about Vandy Vape mesh spools – but was unsure of what the resistance would be once cut down to size of the Profile mesh – hence my inquiry. Thx

I’ve used 200 to 500. I’m really just eyeballing the mesh when I cut it. This piece I have in here is a bit shorter then the wotofo and a bit thinner as well.

But I’ve done this 4-5 times now with varying sheets and the resistance usually goes from .12 at 200 to about .26 with the 400. I’ve never had a coil roughly the same size read below .1 or above .3.

Funny, a DNA250C squonker that I'm sure will be better than anything those companies could come up with.

Thank for the info. The Profile, which I just got a week ago, was my entry into mesh RDA’s. So far only used the nexMESH strips but f’n love it. Naturally I am curious in giving SS mesh a try.

No discredit to Lost Vape but there is more to a device than just the board/chipset.

Yeah man sheets you cut yourself are so cheap. Although I’m not sure which Western retailers will carry some. 20 bucks will last you a lifetime. The vandy vape stuff should be easy to find though.

I find 250 to be closest to the wotofo. 500 is a bit weird but just might need a lot more wattage. I’ll try it on the 250 tomorrow.

Thx. I’ve seen the Vandy Vape stuff at a few local retailers. Was just unsure of the resistance once it was cut to size. It’s cheap enough to try so probably will pick me up a spool or 2.

Not against ordering from FT but would have to be apart of a larger order to make it worth my while and only after our Canadian Postal strike has ended – not waiting the claimed up to 3 months for vape related gear.

Lost Vape is just another Chinese manufacturer mass producing electronics. The only differentiation is that they use DNA chips.

Ya but that’s fine. It’s good to have choices.

The price difference between this and the next tier of devices is between 100-150 dollars.

So you'd expect to pay more for a DNA chip, would that be fair?

The OHM Boy rage for example is a very solid device, but, and this is a big but, I hate the button placement and if you use it as an all day device, not just to build on, it blows through batteries like crazy. That comes down to the chip, a dna is more efficient.

Good morning Shiny's!
Waiting for the house to warm, it'll be a while. So far have run 4 juices in the jk mini and all are good. Not sure if it's the Fralien coil ot the atty design but I'm tasting more complex notes than in the other rtas.

I get why you're not crazy about the Recurve Eskie. For a cooler vape it works well but I wasn't impressed with the vape when I raised the watts up. I use it for bright fruits mostly.
Where did you order the Juggernot Mini rta? No issues with shipping because of the mail strike in Canada?

The strike is over, there is a backlog, but things are moving. I got something within Canada in 3 days last week while the rolling strikes were on.

No problems with the Rage and battery life – I’d say it is compatible to my other dual cell devices. Did you update the FW? Going by memory (and too lazy to look) but I think they improved battery life with a FW update. Button placement was a design choice and will be a personal preference with the consumer – not what I call a poor or faulty design.
