Yet another Canadian trying to lead me astray.

I've got both the SL Class and the Mirage. I like them both, but the Mirage kind of feels like a toy compared to the SL Class.I was attracted the SX Mini SL because I was looking at mods with Yihi chips. Is there something wrong with it? I just started my research and have yet to read through what's been said about it here. Maybe I should switch my sights elsewhere (where?).
The Mirage looks nice, though. I may have to add it to the "covet" pile.
Believe me, I'm a factory technician (industrial engineer). It's not hard to up your production, but they wanted a boutique product, not a mainstream one. Choices.
No, nothing wrong. I just think it's a little unstylish compared to the Mirage. And the threads are a little crunchy for a 150 buck mod.
For DL sub ohm'ers that's about the right level.. For MTL / tootle puffers it won't be...
Oh yeah, if you're looking for stabwood SL Class, check out these ones on Varitube. Same retail price as the YiHi stabwoods, but these look much nicer.
USA Version SL Class
I've got a 'factory' green stabwood SL class, wish I had picked one of these up instead.
I think it was Eighvape that had a sale on the stabwood version a few months back. If I recall, they were around $145. I probably wouldn't have gotten it otherwise. The Varitube versions look SO nice though.I love the look of stabwood, but I can't justify the extra bucks for aesthetics alone.

The SL is better quality material imo.THAT is not an investment. More than the SX mini SL I'd go for the Mirage. Cheaper.
Breezy has the original Drag for $34.99 right now if you don't mind the older version with the squared edges. I have several put away in the vape closet.Okay, lovers of things shiny, I have a request for you. In the "are you done stocking up" thread, @NolaMel got me thinking about the wisdom of getting mods with different chips. What mods with Yihi or Gene chips would you recommend? I'm a low-wattage vaper (so far, I've not gone higher than 15W), and a single battery will do for me. Ideally, I'd like to spend less than $100 but will undoubtedly be able to talk myself into going higher if I catch myself in the right mood.

Saw your reply just after I posted this, @score69. The SX Mini is sounding better and better.
I wouldn't want to drop either mod, but I'm betting the SL Class will fare much better than the Mirage in that situation. SL Class would likely just suffer some cosmetic issues. The Mirage resin around the mod isn't very thick, and the battery door might be a problem in this situation as well. The SL is better quality material imo.

My always day to day is a Speedy Bandouliere 35 but in monogram. My coveted one that rarely leaves the closet is an LV Watercolor Speedy 35 (Runway 2008) in brown. Paid $1,500 ish and I could easily get double that now. I also love and regularly carry a full size Noe in Monogram.I always keep a 27 speedy bandoulier in damier ebene. It's my rainy day purse, so that I don't ruin my other bags. One day I got fed up buying a new bag every season, as well as wallet. I always keep two or three LV canvas items, serious return of money. My best investment was a Dior Promenade... Good bags are like good men, they last a lifetime. And back 5 years ago I wasn't so destitute as I'm now.
My other fetish, carried from my mom are Hermes scarves.
very well saidDD's little fingers have half a decade worth of selling $300 billet boxes at will. If DD wanted DD could have put that money into new machinery to get more of them out. DD isn't using a pair of scissors and school glue to put these things together. DD can use a CNC to get them created at a button press, or hire a guy at $10/hour to do it for him.
DD has more than enough money to innovate. If DD wanted, DD could put in a DNA75C and 20700/21700 support, charge $800 a box, and they would instantly sell out.
Generally, from what i've seen, people buying clones are not the people that would be paying full RRP for high end either. A guy who buys a $7 cloned RDA on fasttech wouldn't be spending $150 on the authentic even if the clone didn't exist.
