That sad to hear about Vic. Reminds me of my break in. A dispute due to the rise of insurance cost lead me to cancel my policy with the intentions of finding something cheaper. While I was still looking for new home insurance, my DT flat was broken into and the thieves made off with approx. $40k worth of CD’s.

Ow. That's painful. One thing I've always done is make sure even if I switch to never let something lapse. I've only had to use it once in my life, but I am super glad I had it. Even with the decades of premiums I still came out ahead.
