I have one inbound from that sale in silver. I figure for that price I can mess around a little bit to get it all nice and comfy without getting upset that it needs work straight out of the box.
Ha. I have a silver Athena 'out for delivery' as we speak/type :)

You can check out this vid at around the 8:20 mark, where he shows bending the tip of the firing plate (just perhaps use some tape on the jaws of the pliers to avoid marring/scratching the contact surface):

Yeah, a hard reset and firmware "downgrade" will bail you out. Now to reload your theme. I always do a full backup of settings and all before ever applying any updates, well with pretty much everything including phone and computers. Sometimes things go sideways and knowing you can at least get back to where you started is a comfort.

Glad it's sorted out and working again.

I just jiggle the cable!

With my profession there is a level of tech support that can be pretty intensive at times. A Financial institution losing millions per hour due to down systems as an example. I am amazed at some of the reactions I get when involved with high level engineers and I say…”Did you jiggle the cable”!

That's advanced tech support. Mine was usually "can you check if the power cord is plugged in". Worked 75% of the time.

Amazing to discover the root of some of these problems. Like $100k+ worth of networking equipment plugged into a cheap powerbar that was purchased at the local 7/11 where the tech actually had to reach around the UPS that was installed strictly for the purpose of delivering power for this equipment! Keep that in mind next time your Credit Card does not complete a transaction!

Best to date was I got called out to trouble shoot a small PBX (phone system) that kept failing. At some point of time, someone unplugged the system and plugged it into a switched outlet. The system only worked when the lights were on – and the companies internal tech support (more like tech analysts) couldn’t figure this out!

At last I bought the Vaporstorm Puma in the Old News pattern. Quite cute! With the Intake!

My understanding is that it spits because it boils rather than vaporizes.

I get this when I use particularly chunky and massive coils and 3.7V-4.2V just doesn't cut it. For that reason I reserve my big chunky coils (often sold prewrapped in stores) for my regulated mods and hit it with the 4.4-4.7V.
Meh... Not exactly. My experience is that the cotton is too loose on the coil. Going up in wattage is only going to burn your cotton. Rewicking with a tighter cotton should solve the problem.

Agree... Increasing wattage to account for an improper build is just masking the real issue - it can and probably will create other issues...

But hey, help was offered in the other threads and now those who tried to help are getting called out here.... Not sure why but - Oy vey....

Moving on :D

My juice arrived yesterday... Good thing as I was running low and there is only one local seller of pg/vg base and they charge the same price for it as flavor juice... LOL

I desperately need some WTA. It's the only thing that keeps me from smoking. I'll try and see if any Sherpa or the kind of tourists can bring me some through regular customs...

Happened to me barely a year and a half ago. A colleague called desperate. They were having database problems. Merged the databases badly. And this was no small bank, Satander and Banco Galicia had bought Citibank's op and were trying to operate. It took me full 7 days of not sleeping and an old backup to merge back the database properly.

Never tried WTA.... I vape plain ole vg/pg unflavored 3mg base and have been for about 3 years now....

I recently tried some nic salt base 24mg in a pod system and YUCK! I could taste the nic or something - no kan dew tennis shoe...

That's why I don't keep complex systems anymore. I bought a simple soundbar for my tv tired of fumbling with 5.1 systems!

If you're happy with that, don't. But I, some days, even though I'm vaping 12 mg, still need to smoke. And some days I grab a pack and smoke it right out. When I vape WTA it's like a charm. I even vape much much less. 1 single bottle goes a long way since I just add 10 drops every 100 ml.

Well that sucks you can't get it there then.... All these goofy regulations that only hurt those trying to rid themselves of the nasty and deadly habit of smoking are ridiculous...

Vaping works! I have not touched a cig in 9 1/2 years and counting... I don't run out of breath doing simple things anymore either..

What’s WTA?
