Morning all <3 I woke up to a nice surprise in my IG feed .

This is pretty much exactly what I wanted from a CSMNT 2. They didn't mess with the deck too much aside from correcting the orientation of the lead screws so they won't twist your coils and they added a little deeper juice well and built in squonk functionality. It looks near perfect. Can't wait to get a couple of these. They're shipping this month.

Good morning shiners! The Unicorn RDA is in NY so 50/50 it arrives today. Some batteries on Friday, and a FT package whenever.

My understanding (I don't have one just going by what I've seen around here) is that Asmodus stuff has been going on a closeout clearance for some time at Sourcemore. It's like the Luna craze at $30 vs. the original price of $120'ish.

Oh, and to all the Lunatics out there, get 510 fill bottles. It makes using the Luna a really nice experience as those freaking bottles are otherwise impossible to deal with to refill them every time.

You can't go wrong with the vindicator. Very little voltage drop, choice of switch type, really comfortable throw.... A loved and respected mech :)

I just bought a clone on FT. Not sure if it’s the same clone others have and recommend, but for the price I couldn’t say no.

I think I am getting everybody’s fall. Looking at another week of mid 60s to low 70s. It reminds me of those autumns of my youth. I can’t remember the last time we didn’t go straight from flip flops to snow boots.

goodbye
Trade you! I’ll send you my high 80’s If you’ll trade me for a day of snow. I’d be happy if we could drop to the 70’s during the day. The flowers on my Fall tomatoes aren’t setting because it’s too hot at night, and it’s keeping my citrus from starting to turn. If this keeps up the fruit won’t be ready for Christmas :(

We finally got our Fall weather this week in NC. :p Last Thursday it was 100 F

so I am really ready for fall.

Good morning shinies

Very early hours but feeling a bit better. Bad night but more of the avoidance rather than dog sick.... Tentative result.... I think :)

Still fantastic warm autumn weather here and continuing too. Saw the temperature drop in Denver... Jeez... 27 C to -2

Hope you guys are doing OK
Charlie, glad to see you amongst the shiny people today. Hope you have a good day!

Don’t mind the cold weather but my vape never does . Been still working long 12 13 hour days out Side working on heavy machinery and whatnot. Now my vape battery’s don’t fire as stong even in my regulated mods such as the ageis legend or jackaroo.

Anyone have any ideas how to make this problem not so bad? I’m outside all day everyday and when it gets cold enough my mod won’t even fire. When I used my legend I could see the one battery bar would jump up and down while the other stayed full.

I got this plain Jane Soulkeeper from fasttech when they had them for about $35. The devil thing is a Vaporesso Skrr tank band, also FT for $1.50.

Have it in 21700 mode for the first time, with the Axial. It’s a nice pair.

I haven’t heard from @ShowMeTwice either. Hope he’s okay.

Does your coat have an inside pocket? I have a men’s Carhart jacket I wear to do outside stuff when it’s cold, and I keep my mod in that inside pocket with no trouble. Of course, I’m only out for a couple hours, tops.

Side note: if I were to start a business, it would be women’s clothes with pockets! Lots of pockets!

I used to work outside sometimes and I don't recall this happening. I know the juice can get thick and not wick as well. I used to keep my mod in an inside pocket next to my skin to try to keep it warm. Sounds like your problem is batteries not juice though.

Do the batteries come back to life after they are warmed up and recharged?

Best bet is an inner pocket closer to your skin for warmth and maybe get someone to knit a vape caddy sweater thingy you could keep the mod in. Cold is the enemy of Li batteries. I've had that issue with cameras in bad weather and always carried charged backup battery packs in an interior vest because of it.

Thanks for the reply’s . It’s not a wicking problem it’s just seems like cold batteries. They work fine when indoors and warmed up it’s just after being outside for a while or being in my cup holder for a while when I start to get problems . This will be my first winter with my jackaroo for work so far it never said protection instead of firing but I’m noticing it not hitting quite as hard. I never used to like keeping it in my pockets too much because my Rda would leak but now I have two RTAs I use at work so I could keep it in my pockets without worrying about leakage. Right now I’m wearing a pull over hoodie with the big pocket in front of my stomach like a kangaroo lol I always worry it will fall out when hopping off machines or climbing. Jean pockets seems like broken glass waiting to happen too.

Usually I’ll wear my rain jacket over my hoodie when it gets cold and windy and it has pockets at the chest where it stays safe but even there it gets super cold. Mabye I need a thick jacket that has pockets inside then I can put my rain jacket over that.
