Been trying for a week to get pics of George & Gracie, they were a year old the 20th. George hardly comes in but still chatters on when I'm outside and Gracie is firmly in the lap cat camp these days. George tickles me; he'll walk all over the neighborhood with us at night not a bit afraid but won't go past the neighbor's house during daylight hours. Just sits on the sidewalk trying to talk us into coming back.

In my defense I never actually watched an episode, just saw the commercials.
The first couple of episodes are meh but it ramps up after that. Mainly Raylan is cool as a cucumber. And he wears the heck out of a Stetson.

Really anything... we did get some sweets, but also some savory focaccias of different flavors, fresh fruit, cheese, spicy horseradish pickles, and some charcuterie. I had a lovely almond paste stuffed croissant for breakfast. There are a couple artisans I hope we get to go back to today, but we’ll see. Himself wants to go to the Gastown/ Chinatown areas again this trip.

Back on topic......
I’m just being a lazy slug, sitting here drinking coffee and vaping. So far so good, this is a big room and the smoke detector is waaaaay on the other side (fingers crossed so I don’t jinx myself lol). I looked up the websites of a couple vape shops near here out of interest.... gear is older models and super expensive (like over $100 for an Aegis 100). I was going to pop in one and browse, but guess not.
A good trick for smoke detectors I learned from drywall/painting. Ziplock baggie, and blue painters tape (or any tape really). Cover the detector with the ziploc and wrap the base with tape, problem solved. It's also much easier than explaining to the fire department about the false alarm, not that I've ever had to do that (Ahem...)!

Easy enough to figure out. Just swap the pins and see.

Perhaps in your build you captured 'slightly' more wire. I've experienced that with some builds where it is off what I expected by a small amount (0.04 in your case). Slightly more wire = slightly more resistance.

Perhaps your mech squonker 510 assembly needs cleaning. If it is dirty that may affect your reading. Maybe try cleaning it and see??? Just a thought.

ETA: Clean the pin and atty 510 too.

Thanks yes I’ll probably put the other pin back in later and check it out . I’m new to squonkers and everything is quite clean I just put my rda in my ohm reader and got that reading so I was thinking that could be what’s going on. Either way I’m enjoying the vape and it seems to vape the same as when it reads .13 on my other rdas

George's other sister Luna is still talking up a storm. From the moment I walk in the door, whether I was gone 1 minute or 3 hours, she talks, chirps, and purrs her head off

Considering the only talking I do in my house is the odd :censored: here and there, and laughing, we make a good pair ;)

I'd love to see pics of your two when they let you take them :D

And an even easier one @NolaMel - shower cap ;)

BTW my vote is for a purple dani mini :hubba:

Enjoying squonking? About a year ago, I decided I'd stick to RTAs and wouldn't worry about squonking

4 squonk mods over the last four months has completely changed my mind - and I still wanna order more ;)

So you and @Letitia have yapper's too! Angel yaps up a storm all the time. She is especially loud when she decides to unwind the toilet paper and proceed to carry it as one longer streamer around the house. But it is fun watching her. She's not like Luna with tearing/shredding things up (thank heavens).
Just snapped one after waking her ... guess I'm a meanie!!!
    IMG_1266crAngel.jpg

She purrs loudly. Sounds like a mini motor running.

I always like Olyphant but those kind of shows weren't appealing tho I'll watch the occasional movie.

And I initially thought that WAS your guys rental for your trip. I figured Himself went small knowing you would be shopping and there is only SO much room in a car like that for the goods. Haha
I don't see cars like that around here. And while it would be fun to drive (on a track + wide open) it would be too difficult to get in/out with my back too (L5-S1 argh).

I've been waffling on a Dani for a long time but I always come back to thinking about all the other stuff I could buy for its cost. Stuff I likely don't need. Hmmm, except more flavors cause now I am a wee bit concerned the rug may get pulled on DIY at some point. My stock is healthy but as with nic, more is better.

Hey wait, I caught that, you said you'll get a color Dani this time. So your current one is colorless??? ;)
Photo please ... I want to see your colorless Dani as I will buy one (not a stripped one but colorless). Haha
:lol::lol:, now that’s funny! Himself would never pick a sportscar (my suv is “small” enough)... he’s a certified pickup truck dude 100%.

Alas, the Dani is home. (I only travel with tiny mods I won’t freak out if I lose/ get confiscated. Plus a charger takes too much space. This trip is two ancient istick 40s topped with zlides.) My mini is titan (dark grey)... I only have a few mods that are not black/gunmetal/silver, so I call anything but those a “color” lol. I would like maybe a blue or purple dani. But I’m afraid it would upset my matchy matchy ocd-ness trying to pick a tank.

Oooooh....He knows he’s safe, I hate shopping, and never bring more than I can fit in my carryon. My big splurge today was stopping at an Italian market for some fruit and cheese to go with some rustic bread for tonight.

I actually chat with my critters quite a bit. Sometimes I think maybe I could be quite content with only animals for company. Besides I've talked to myself since I was in diapers.

I brought a large hair band to secure a shower cap with. Unfortunately......a)I am not tall.... b) the hotel has 10 foot ceilings and .....c) the smoke detector is on the bloody ceiling. The good news is, it’s about 18’ away on the other side of the room from the sitting area and my side of the bed. My escape plan was going to be to turn the shower on hot and leave the bathroom door open to the room, answer door with my head wrapped in a towel. Fortunately, the smoke detector has decided to be friendly so far.
