We are gonna get a storm any second but I don't think it will be snowy. I'm not posting any pics of my rims anytime soon!! LOL for one, a couple tires don't have any, you curb something really well and, ah, it's not good. I really LOATHE driving through Bisbee, you can kinda be up against the side of a mountain, in the middle of two way traffic going both lanes, or like ready to plunge off the SIDE. Then, they do a dang TUNNEL which does not happen in my experience much.

I actually do pretty well with my super pathetic Mazda 3 because it's front wheel drive and like, stick shift.. I am kinda better in the snow or rain than normal because I spent so much time playing around with it as a kid.

"Better" in comparison to Tucsonans, I guess. Like, you can get "snow" that melts before it hits the ground and like, 5 mph.

I have this car I love to drive that looks like hell and I just told the husband if we bought land I would take his Subaru and he could trade mine in for the Truck of this dreams.;

I hate his freaking Subaru and everything it represents but there is no way I am gonna get my skinny tired (I even LOOKED but you can't mount a reasonable tire on it) car. This happens every single time I pay off a car and it SUCKS. However, I am also not leaving a car at the foot of my homestead and walking 30 minutes down to my commute. God. Some of those roads..... the husband would have to teach me, and it might involve a ton of yelling (on my part.) I just feel as though.... if it seems like a car is going to tip over it WILL do so. LOL.

I also hate trucks. But, the heart wants what the heart wants and apparently we want five--twelve acres of nothingness. Not hard to do but I told the husband the driveway COUNTS as a commute (20 mins max.) LOL.

Took all my trash out. I feel less like a hoarder now. Heh.

That doesn’t sound too smart.

I was quite new to vape life. I thought I was buying button tops. They may be too powerful for your needs (I would have to find the 3 like, I did not destroy and see the specs) LOL I didn't do anything to the other three I swear!

LOLI don't know what I was thinking other than, "perhaps this battery is like a present and you gotta… .Untie the bow OH NO dead chicken inside."

Thought he was closing the shop and not restocking.
Nah, site is good to go. The fallout he had with the folks that made his hit that donut line killed it. So boston cream etc...
However rumor has it he took the recipe to another manufacturer and it may be back soon.
Mike is in for the long haul so his site isnt going anywhere, until they make him anyway.

@DeloresRose ... This is the battery from my flashlight next to a brownie for my mods. Pretty close in size. The flashlight also came with a cage for 3 aaa batteries. @Rob B. ... if this is not a safe flashlight battery, please let me know so I can recycle it and order something appropriate. It’s what came with it. View attachment 851223

Not to sound offensive or disrepectful, but those lights you are talking about can pretty much be purchased in a dollar store. They are pretty much meant to be nothing more than a cheap and disposable item/gift. I would not trust the battery at all that they sent with them, and would use the cage and 3 x aa batteries instead. The battery that was sent with it is made from the cheapest Chinese cells that can be sourced, and manufactured by the cheapest labor with the poorest if any qc. I would keep the light and use aa's with it, but dispose of the 18650.

Here too. We had about 4 hours of freezing rain before the snow. I’m glad I got my outside stuff caught up. All I need to do is bring the mower batteries in from the garage.
I still have a freezer in my backseat. Not looking forward to tackling that tomorrow. :(

Okay thanks. Wonder where I can get a protected 18650 ? It takes either 3 triple a batteries or if you take the adaptor out it fits a 18650 nicely. Maybe I’ll stick to AAA since my work pays for it anyways.

I wonder at what voltage the battery stops working in the lamp. I let it get to 2.7 volts once by accident but now I am sure to check it daily after work to make sure I don’t bring it down below 3.2 volts just to be safe.

I forget how low is too low for the battery ?

I wouldn't let it go below 3v just to be safe.

They didn’t send a battery expressly for it, it was just a freebie they send when you buy batteries - I got 18650s and 21700s from them for mods. One time they sent a little fan, lol.

Which protected 18650 would you recommend for a flashlight?

I use mostly Nitecore batteries for my lights. Been using Nitecore for years, and I trust them. You can find less expensive brands, but here are a couple Nitecore's.

Nitecore NL1823

This is the one I use for high capacity.
