Good morning shinies

Lots on the way though I won't get it before I have to check myself into the Hilton hospital in Nice. I'm counting down to the second of Jan which is my start date for the final stem cell treatment. Not looking forward to it much....four weeks and some really powerful chemo..... they're going to make me feel really ill again :(

Still once it's done I should be cured.... hooray :p :p

Thinking of you Charlie, healing thoughts to you and hugs.

I'm the same with the Wasp Nano. Have tried quite a few times to make it work but all I get is spitback and an overheated topcap. coils too big you think? Tried simple round wire too and same issues. I'm starting to think I got a dud - maybe some internal resistance in the atty itself that's causing it to heat up. Anyway it's sitting clean and unused in it's box in a drawer so if anybody wants it just pm me
Same here with the Wasp Nano, extra fiddly meh rda that works better as a whistle.

Mine is in the big box of junk RDAs to have parts scavenged from if the need arises.

OK, this ad has been popping up here for a while, but I keep wondering about it. Does anyone else think the name of this product is a little bit off for a pod?

This Asmodus Collosal
It doesn't work with the Project X, WASP Nano.

It sporadically works with the Ohmie tank that came with it. It also doesn't work with the siegeli wolf subtank but I didn't try changing the pin position.

And it does work with the doggy style and the freemax gemm disposable, the bellus and the goblin.

My question to other colossal owners is there anyone out there that has the Project X or the WASP Nano and also owns the colossal and The Colossal works with the WASP Nano and the Project X?

Because what I need to decide is whether it's likely just this mod and I can simply ask for a replacement or if this is an issue that's going to happen with any colossal I get and then it severely limits what I can and cannot use with it. Then I need a whole different mod because I don't want a situation where I can only use it with certain atomizers especially when we're talking rdas and rta's I just don't get that

Thanks everyone!
Djlsb's Colossal review is here:

At 19 minutes he does 510 travel measurements, it sounds like the Colossal is about average.

Aegis Solo also measures by djlsb to be average on 510 travel. If you have multiple tanks that work on a Solo but not on your Colossal you likely have an "off" Colossal 510.

I don't think you got a dud, the wasp is a love/hate rda; doesn't seem to be a middle ground at all regardless of build.

It seems like a funny thing to do for a company to sell a mod and an atomizer coil pack as a combo if the atomizer is going to destroy the mod lol. Are you thinking that the atomizer may have actually pushed the entire assembly down and snapped it or turned it into a non spring loaded because it's definitely not springing unless it's a super firm spring and frankly I'm too afraid to go stabbing it LOL I don't want to void the warranty on something that's already appearing to be broken

I'm really struggling to figure out if I should just ask for a refund or if I can get a replacement because I like the mod and honestly I was so flippin happy to be done shopping for mods. But if normal use is going to break the mod I certainly don't want another one. The ohmie tank is actually shorter in that department of the 510 assembly than most tanks which is what I initially thought the problem was until I noticed that the WASP doesn't work. But it does now that I've lowered the 510 PIN same with the Project X.

I think you just have a bad 510 connector on your Colossal, stuff happens and an off day on the assembly line in China puts a bad mod in a box as they can't QC every mod. Express your concerns and what attys you use before you get your replacement, if they can't assure you they will work then get a refund.

That sounds like the perfect plan! I really appreciate your input I have some anxiety and I always worry that when dealing with a company I'm going to somehow screw something up LOL
I hear they have superb customer service :)

Is the sxk quite restricted? The other one Is out of stock but I have been trying to get some ideas for good 22mm rda’s . I prefer something airy that can take a lower Ohm on my single 18650 copper penny mod.
The Hussar v2 is not what you are looking for as it is more restricted.

I would take a look at the KRMA. Everyone who has one loves them. It is a pretty airy draw and can take a variety of builds. Great flavor too.

FT has them for $5.88USD.

I really like the NarEA too and it would likely suit what you are after too. FT has the NarEA for $7.64USD. Great flavor but more restricted than the KRMA.

Of those two the KRMA is probably going to be the airy draw you are looking for. Both can take lower ohm builds just fine. Also they are excellent on squonkers or straight up mechs.

I hope that helps bud!
