Any of you folks have experience with the nautilus X tank and the 1.5 coils? Would love to know your impressions.
I'm still using a Nautilus X, but with the 1.8 coils. I've tried the 1.5's, but they just don't have the flavor you get with the 1.8's.

That may be why I wasn’t a fan. I would say, if asked to recommend something similar, get a Zlide. I prefer it with the plex coil, but it’s not bad with the other coils I’ve tried either. Although, I bet the X can be had cheap now.

May want to message him. Last I looked none on his site. Just got my order in, the stars aligned and I got bumped cause he has a batch order that matches the wood.

He seems to take custom orders by messenger.
Thanks.... appreciate it.

Hi Charlie. Just wanted to let you know that I took absolutely no offense to your reply. I was just feeling bad for posting something that I wasn't knowledgeable enough about to be posting. Love you bud, and I hope that today is a better day for you.
I know buddy.... we're all fallible and at least wire wool and your batteries will never meet as a result......I hope

Good evening shinies

Getting late here in sunny Nice and I'm still trying not to grumble.

My wife's going to pick up my mysterious Canadian package tomorrow....30 Euro tax to pay and I've no idea what it is and I've never paid any tax from Canada before....perhaps I've just been lucky :D. My best guess is it's the lost in post boxxer rba...if you remember good 'ol Albert sent me another....unless I've ordered something and don't remember

Have a great evening, afternoon or morning guys

Hey, that's what I was doing the other day!
Great, you can come help! We’re only halfway through prep. He brought two garbage bags home from the camp . Really sweet, small turnips grown in the Mississippi flood plains

The 1.8 coils came out about a year after the tank itself. I had put my Nauti X's in the sad purchase pile because I didn't like the original coils much, but after everyone here started raving about the new 1.8's, I tried a box and was pleasantly surprised.

Guy is a jerk. That’s why his shop closed, the way he treats people. I hope he gets a double helping of karma.

Thanks. He actually escalated the Dispute. I responded that he’s trying to get money that he never paid. What a scam.

Note for future transactions, never ever, ever use Friends and Family for anything unless it is someone you know personally or family members. F&F transactions are like sending a cash transfer from your bank, you have no recourse if something goes south or the product never shows up etc... Always use Goods and Services, that way you have a claw back in case there is any trouble.

If a seller wants F&F and won't do G&S... DO NOT buy from them, period.
If you are selling always do G&S, if the buyer insists on F&F only, DO NOT sell to them, period.

Anyone that has a "problem or issue" with their PayPal account is a big Red Flag, DO NOT sell to them.

Lot's of scammers out there, take a picture of what you are mailing to a buyer at the post office. Show the fully addressed package with postage and the receipt with tracking number. Also, pay or charge the extra to have the package require a signature on delivery.

You have to CYA these days.

Thanks for that advice. I’m kind of embarrassed to be so naive about all this and being taken in. Just never crossed my mind lol!

I hope the truth wins out. No need to beat yourself up, some of these scammers have spent a lot of time honing their craft.

Wow! This has got to be some sort of record for this thread. Not even a whole page in 12 hours. This is the slowest I think I have ever seen it. It's too quiet and kinda spooky. View attachment 865369 Where are all the Shiny's?
Morning all. I've been on the road with my son on the way to the Tamworth Country Music festival. Saw a couple of great gigs last night and drank way too much beer. More of the same today and catching up with lots of old friends and colleagues. Drove through 40°C temps , thunder and dust storms yesterday. Luxotic, Vinci X and Orion fellow travellers.

There is no good time to tell bad news
I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I had the biopsy last week. Got the diagnosis today.
It is what it is. I smoked for so many years.
I have to have a Pet scan next week to see if it has spread. They do not think so. They think I am stage 1.
I belong to a program 'early detection lung cancer screening" a low dose cat scan. It was found during that. Not there in Jan 2019 but there now.
Sorry to just blurt this out.
Going out to walk my dog~
