Our governor has extended our stay at home until May 8, and the schools are closed through May 15. They are exploring plans for limited reopening to start getting people back to work, but are being careful and observing what happens during the new extension. He is supposed to make an announcement today regarding plans for the state’s public schools. Right now they are doing online classes, and have changed the grading system from the normal grading system to just simply pass or fail. Keeping my fingers crossed that they can come up with some way to start getting things back to normal. If they do start getting people back out, maybe mandatory masks and gloves could be an option?

ok. serious. all ive noticed is the stadard: the wider the better and reasonable ramp up. straight up dual fused and even those thinnish tricore that come with blank i really don't like, often firing too longg, too often or raising the power until they dry or burn as i feel the vape jusr isnt right, full, saturated, warm whatever enough.

wondered of all the praise of flats, if all those builds and the effect on heat and ramp up could be much ado abt nothing
..

huh i guess an important question to flatters is if you're saying theyre great as opposed to singe round or even toe to toe with decent builds..

Doesn't matter what we enjoy. Find what you enjoy period. That takes experimenting. What someone else likes using to you should just be something to get ideas of new builds to try out. Can get tedious I admit but the pay off is well worth the effort. Find a build you like in the squonk set up and use a solid pin dripper to try out new builds with different juices. You may find you prefer different coils with different juice profiles.

My big shinys this week were a vacuum sealer and a modem/router. Better long term storage and losing the lease payment with my cable company. Belt tightening shinys, but I'm happy to have 'em. I may experiment with vacuum sealing of bottled nic lol.

This week's vape shiny shopping will be from the hoard. Nothing new is catching my eye and boredom is creeping in. It's time to crack open some of the built ins while they're fairly fresh. There's a gold Artery Nugget X kit sitting in shrinkwrap that wants to come out and play. The Wismec Motiv 2 will be an interesting change too. I haven't used a draw activated vape since the failed 401 setup we tried in 2010.

Time to look at expire dates in the vape gear pantry!

We have, I think, made this far less tragic than it might have been by staying home. And I do understand that folks need to work, businesses need to get going, but I don’t feel any amount of money is worth large death tolls.

I just hope they come up with a vaccine soon.

I don't think we can expect a safe effective vaccine for Covid19 anytime soon.
Remember the common cold is also a corona virus. No vaccine has ever been created despite billions of dollars profit to be made.
I hate to be negative but I think from what I've seen and read we need to rely on social distancing for a long time to come to slow down this monster.
For that to work leaders need to give strong consistent messages. I'm not sure you're getting that in the States.
I'm looking in from outside of course so I can't live your country's experience.
I watch ABC World News America and PBS Newshour every day and it is sad and shocking.

It's generally recommended to do business with reputable vendors of course, but since I don't think any of us are in your specific country we really can't much say...

However, PayPal and websites do autoprocess... it takes someone to see the sales and physically fill the order and mail it...

After I left one of my former employers my replacement quit shortly thereafter. As a result, the company ended up trashing their reputation because they didn't have someone checking every point of sale for a while and orders were auto processing with no one filling them.

So it can happen. However, at least in the U.S. and other countries while shops aren't open to the general public they still have owners or managers filling and mailing out those online orders.

I would wait a few days, giving extra time because they wouldn't be fully staffed, and then if you don't get shipping notification, if you used PayPal you can simply file a complaint and get your money back..

But do make sure you give it a little extra time due to the lockdowns.

Injecting disinfectants as a treatment. Brilliant. The Lysol folks are receiving many calls asking if this is ok! The parent company warns their products shouldn't be used as internal treatment. Guessing next comes the world is flat (all over again).

Fyi the new boxers use a different 3d printing material. Dont fade like the others or stain. I have been on the fence for a long time. Had a clone from ft but pif'd it.
Their dual 21700 dna250c has been catching my eye since launch. Oh and they have a triple as well but i dont see that being comfortable to use.

Their 21700x2 DNA 250c is another I like. Dual 21700's would last me a long time.
I get ~7-10 days on my DB v3's.

Good afternoon Shinyville! Hoping everyone's day is good so far. Mine sure is. @Electrodave sent me an Kennedy Vindicator 21 clone with a Goon V1.5 RDA clone on it awhile back. Well, the first time I used it, I had an experienced friend build it for me, and it was out of this world. The taste and the clouds are phenomenal, and with the glass comp cap on it, it's just so clean. I used it until the taste wasn't pleasing anymore, and it's been sitting unloved ever since because I was intimidated at the thought of building it myself. Well, I finally got the courage up to build it today, and SUCCESS! I watched Mike Vapes video, and followed it exactly, and it came out wonderful. The clean, deeply flavorful taste, and the huge, smooth, creamy, billowing clouds are just so pleasing, I had to wipe a tear of joy from my eye. I am very happy with this rig, and a little less intimidated building more than just the easy builds now. I used Alien Claptons A1 Kanthal, 0.45ohm 5 wrap, and COTN Threads for wicking.
