So far Everzon and even more important their customer support have been very good for me. Depending on the shipping options you choose and also if they have it in stock comes in a slow boat or I will imagine faster.

Slower than ft and sourcemore. They get it out though. Standard shipping is about the same iirc. Efuntop.com usa warehouse is a good place to find some good prices. Shipping time is pretty good. Just make sure you are shopping the us warehouse though.

This is the part I don't understand. Sept. 9 is just the deadline for submitting PMTAs. Why should any agent look for anything vaping related after that date? Can anyone explain this to me?

I don't know, I was thinking that gear can't be sold after Sep. 9 unless it has been approved or whatever but I'm probably wrong. Take what I might say with a grain of salt.

Seriously, I didn't even know that there are regulated squonk mods. I thought I had to get a mech or an unregulated mod.

I still think that the Solo might be the best choice for me since it can be converted into a regular mod, but it's nice to have options.

I love my Revenant squonk...

I ordered a Geekvape Legend on sale and months later it hadn't moved in tracking. I finally had to open a dispute with PayPal and suddenly my legend showed up at my house. I won't order from them again.
