Oh dear...lockdown looming for NSW in Australia. We're still on the wire here in Wellington NZ....tbh I can actually do with a few days of vape R+R :p
I hope my order from Vaporeyes made it out of Aussie by today, as the border will definitely be clogging up soon.
On the upside, my new state of the art auto reset rat trap is up and fully functional ;)

I hope it’s not like what happened to my Techmod. My Techmod was worse - two hours and the battery was drained. I left a battery in, and it shorted overnight and was dead the next day.
My Abyss is the same except much slower....I'm still waiting for a response from S/M.

The Mobb looks interesting. It looks like it’s got grooves that add side airflow to add to the bottom. Can anyone confirm that it works with the Abyss?
Yes it goes in the Abyss no problems....

Since my podmod craze, which is thankfully abating,
I've had one unexpected benefit. I'm rewicking my Dvarws a lot less. It used to be every 2-3 days, now it's every 4-5 days. And I'm vaping them the same amount of time.

The only difference is when I come inside and need nicotine and need it now! I grab a Kroma Z or an Aegis Plus, and chain vape RDL until I'm human again or head spinny (same strength juice I usually MTL).

And @hittman and @bigbob2322 I finally tried the 0.4ohm coil in Aegis Boost Plus. The 0.6 was good flavour, just a tad too restricted. The 0.4 has much, much better flavour and smoothness wide-open. I'm going to need more of them

The 0.4 definitely pops the flavor out.

Well....my Abyss problem is sorted and I have to say customer service was good.
New Abyss is being sent :thumb:

@Pigs hoping you get your Delro clone soon... interested in the battery installation etc :)
Charlie I'm hoping I'll get about 800 cycles from the installed battery - so for me maybe a year or two depending on how much I use it. Still one of my first jobs (after the honeymoon period) will be to check out the battery. If SXK use the same bullet connectors as Delro then no problem. If the battery is hard-wired it'll be a bit more of a job.

Any tips on the best brand to buy? Some of them don't do fast charging.

The best brand of charging gear that I know of is Anker. They're a little bit more expensive than most others but well worth the money. Apart from that you can't go wrong with anything that has a minimum of 3amp fast charge capabilities:thumb:
