Morning shinies
One of my Abyss's has started draining my batteries right down. Takes about a day and a half but it's at zero volts when it's finished. I've contacted sourcemore and they've asked for a video and pic...that's pretty impossible. They're just going to have to trust me on this

I hope it’s not like what happened to my Techmod. My Techmod was worse - two hours and the battery was drained. I left a battery in, and it shorted overnight and was dead the next day.
@Pigs @charlie1465 and @NolaMel are the experts on rbas for billet box style mods, like your Abyss and Boxx.
But if you want more air than the Ether rba, there's a few different options for another rba.
My guess is the:

But I'm not sure if there are any restrictions on what rbas you can use in the Abyss tank. So you pros above ^ need to chime in
The Mobb looks interesting. It looks like it’s got grooves that add side airflow to add to the bottom. Can anyone confirm that it works with the Abyss?
Anyone else seen this yet? I already have a Thelema but might end up with two after seeing this.

A few people on the LV Fb page are already rocking them. EV has them but the black and gm are already sold out. It certainly is a sweet offering. If I didn't already have two Therions (and two Paranormals) in great shape, I'd definitely go for the gunmetal one.

Yihi SX-Mini SL with a Steam Crave Aromamizer Supreme V3. Initially, I was let down by the Aromamizer. Juices were muted with even a hint of burnt cotton. I was really disappointed because I based my purchase on several YTers' rave reviews, even claiming the AS V3 was their RDTA of the year. After about the third refill, I took it apart to re-wick. Glowing the coil to burn the gunk, I saw my rookie mistake - several HUGE hotspots I never strummed out. Well, I did that, and re-wicked - and let me just say, it's like I can taste the individual flavors in my juice. I would almost say, I can even taste the brand of flavor. Whew! Now I don't regret I bought a black and gunmetal too.

I have the Thelema in gunmetal already but would love the have the black. I really like the doors for that one. I have seen people on FB with them also.

What look like they might be side airflows on the Mobb Mini are part of the wicking channels. Made of PEEK, they supposedly help with wick flow. It sure does wick well and fast.
I haven't tried my Mobb Mini in the Abyss yet but it should work fine. The Abyss tank has the same diameter bottom (510/ af connector) and top (chimney) holes as a Boro tank. Let me know if it's a deciding factor for you to buy one. If so I'll put it in the Abysss tank and see how it goes.
When I put the gtx bridge in the abyss, it came with a different top cap so I used it but wonder now if the original one would have worked.

I forget if you had the Ether RBA but if you do, could you compare the two for flavor and efficiency of wicking?

Since my podmod craze, which is thankfully abating,
I've had one unexpected benefit. I'm rewicking my Dvarws a lot less. It used to be every 2-3 days, now it's every 4-5 days. And I'm vaping them the same amount of time.
The only difference is when I come inside and need nicotine and need it now! I grab a Kroma Z or an Aegis Plus, and chain vape RDL until I'm human again or head spinny (same strength juice I usually MTL).
And @hittman and @bigbob2322 I finally tried the 0.4ohm coil in Aegis Boost Plus. The 0.6 was good flavour, just a tad too restricted. The 0.4 has much, much better flavour and smoothness wide-open. I'm going to need more of them

Will do. So far I haven't had any dry hits or leaking with either. The flavour I'm getting from the Mobb (in a Boro/Boxx) tops the Ether the way I have them setup. Both using little Ni80 fused claptons around 0.5 Ohms at around 25W. 3mm ID in the Ether and 2.5 in the Mobb. I'll try 2.5 in both in the Abyss tank to get a better comparison.Thanks.
