    Somewhere between here and there
I must have completely missed the release of this dead rabbit r tank.

I have a couple coils that do what this does but I don't like to waste coils. It doesn't matter if I have a thousand of them I want to preserve each one to the best of my ability. And I was having a little bit of a struggle reusing those mesh coils because you had to cut the legs and bend one and it just never went back in quite right.

But this thing doesn't require that. And it's cheap. So I go searching and lo and behold not only did I find that but I found one in pre-release that has 95(!!) mesh leggy coils and cotton.

I've been looking for a bulk purchase of mesh with legs for those coils had previously mentioned with the rebuildable mesh and the little legs. Even without the tank I would have jumped on this for under $40. Estimated time of shipping February 2nd well we know that's not going to happen from a Chinese site That's Chinese New Year so I anticipate in a couple months I'll have something to share lol

I did a review on the dead rabbit r tank and really liked it so bought a second. When you install the coil with the cotton on it pay close attention to the lower left corner and make sure the cotton is tucked in there or you’ll get leaking.

I read your review It was one of the factors that I used to decide to just go ahead and get it. Before I knew about the 95 strips of mesh that would have caused me to pull the trigger anyway all by itself lol

I know. I would have bought that too but had already bought eight of the ten packs.

Even though it's only been 4 days, I'm labelling the Boxx as an absolute winner. The qbix rba speaks for itself too with other happy owners, and from what I've experienced so far with it - it's just awesome.

What always put me off the boro box world was the boxiness. And the humungous, never ending, fathoms deep, rabbit hole . When I saw the Abyss, the mod, not the bunny hole - I loved its curves. But I knew it was limited to bridges only with the tank - so I held off.

When I saw the Boxx, it ticked the unboxxiness boxx and could use both bridges and rba tanks. So it was always just a matter of time before I caved. Or rather dove. And now I'm fully entrenched in the BoroBoxBunnyBurrow.

I love the curves, the fire button position - though I love the side button just as much on my other mods and the the chip. The airflow is unique, and you don't get warm fingers around the airflow inlets.

I accidently tried the qbix without the door on. Big mistake. As now of course, I prefer it that way

I'm also glad my first boro rba was a tank instead of a bridge. It's been so much easier to whip the deck in and out, without having to lose juice etc.

The TLTR version: I'm a BBBB very happy camper :sneaky:

    That's great news Ange. :thumb:

If you want even more air from the Qbix/Boxx you could try removing the afc ring from the Qbix. I've never tried that but it looks like you'd get a bit more air that way.

Love your DT by the way.

I'm so glad you're happy with it Ange. I'm mega envious...but i'll get mine in time.
We're going on a 3 week holiday (top of the South Island) next week and the bicycles needs tires...and that's an expensive exercise, so I have to dig deep and practice the patience that vaping has taught me
But yeah..there's a few things I really want...and the Boxx de luxe kit is top of the list.

I am gutted. I resolved the tax thing and it went down from hundreds of thousands to less then 10K. Not great but better. When I thought nothing worse could happen then that I was given even more dismal news.
Daphne had a dental appointment to have her teeth cleaned on Weds and during this they found a mass in her mouth. Her vet says he feels quite certain it is cancer. Of course I had them do a biopsy and will not know for certain until pathology comes back. Nothing feels right in my world now.

I am so sorry to hear that. Oral growths are really hard to see for owners and it's so common that when they're there they are found during dentals. So much so that whenever one of my cats goes in for a dental my heart is in my throat. It's devastating to have a devoted family member potentially have something so complex

    Hey Folks :)

    Happy New year :banana::banana:

Sorry for the belated wish but when it comes to Christmas and the New Year i usually am in a dark place and pretty moody...just not much to celebrate.
So I've been at home taking care of my pops and binge watching Hallmark movies, yeah i know they corny but it's kind of my ''chicken soup for the soul'' type of thing for me,you can only watch so many John Wick type movies before you need a break hehe.

Sorry to hear about Daphne, wish you all the best and sending you whatever good karma i have in hopes that she pulls thru it.

Vaping wise i am pretty happy with my Lethal RTA:

    IMG_20220103_120335.jpg

A few times i do get a tad of spitback, not like a mouth full of juice but the top cover where the drip tip orifice is does get some liquid.
Doesn't usually happen but once in a while, guess i will have to hone my wicking game to prevent it from happening, apart from that i am pretty happy with this rta.

Only con i got is the top cap,it is way too ''scrunchy'',not smooth at all like other RTA's,not a big deal but when you drop 70 euros on an atty well it's something you do not expect *shrug*

Wish you all the best folks, may this year bring you happiness and all sort of good things (vape mail included)

    cheers

Awesome! I wondered about that too, I wasn't sure if it was needed to make the connection with the 510. What's the actual connection called? I'm presuming it's not a 510 as it's fat and chunkier.

You can screw off the afc to expose a standard 510 pin. The afc assembly isn't needed for the positive contact - I tested it since my last post and it does open the air up some more.
