Ya know I’m liking the lost vape Centaurus squonker more and more as I keep using it. I may get a second one before they’re unavailable.

update so I ordered another Centaurus - black with ukiran (red) leather from Sourcemore. They seem to be getting most of my vape business lately.

They have backup Centaurus squonk bottles on pre order as well. They’re a weird rectangular shape so will be impossible to replace with a generic squonk bottle. So of course I ordered two.

My motto in life should be- why buy one when you can buy two !

I have moved since our last correspondence... I am living in an abandoned school bus here in Alaska that seems to be a makeshift memorial for the last person that lived in it. I think he ate poisonous berries and wrote a book about it or something...

Check with Ecig City for the LV Centaurus squonk bottles. I ordered from them and they shipped out quickly from Miami. @hittman didn't you get some spare bottle from them as well while we waited for those pre-order bottles from SM?

I don't know anything about the board in the BXR clone. You're right it's a bit of a concern but the way I look at it is that most of the cheaper boards in Chinese devices are ok these days and for USD$65 it's probably worth a go.

I bet Buster is having a blast up there with you. Guessing you brought your copy of HDT's Walden to read to him around your nightly fire.

Not sure if its my head, or tastebuds talking, but Boy oh Boy, this Dulce de Leche caramel by SSA is the best i've had yet.
Wonder if SMT's 'alchemaic' trick (smidgen of butterscotch) can ramp it up another notch

I'm glad you found one. My Juggerknot army is up to 3 members and counting...

Finally caved in and went to pick the Juggy Mini yesterday,will try to upload a pic later.

Anyway,did use the clone for a long time but it has been awhile since i used it so i am struggling a bit with the wicking.
Coil size i am using a 2.5 mm,not sure at the moment but i think i cut the legs at 4 or 4.5,wicking i can't remember if to leave it long so it covers the holes on the base or was is it just leave them short so they just ''show'' a bit in the hole.

Apart from that the flavor is there but i does not feel smooth so I'm guessing it's the wicking,can't seem to get it right.
(if you got a pic of cotton placement pre e-liquid soak i would appreciate it)
Temperature rising over here and i really truly despise summer.

And that's nothing,july and august way way worst...I'm a winter type of guy,give me a cabin in the Rocky Mountains,nice fireplace and I am one happy camper.

I like the Centarus a lot. I need to clean up my vape altar to make room for it.

My bottle is okay, but it slips down once in a while when i squonk. Its not visually noticeable, but it wont squonk and i can hear it click back into place when i push it up. I'm trying to teach myself to up-squonk lol.

That happened to one of mine where I had to hold it up in order to squonk. I have little patience for stuff like that so replaced it. The one I had go bad on my other Centaurus must have clogged the check valve in the cap because no matter how hard I squeezed nothing would come out. I tried it in and out of the mod with no difference. Those two were the ones that came with each mod. The replacements have been fine so far.

I have the blue black leather and now the the red black one.
Once I stopped using the Centaurus rda I realized how much I enjoyed using the mod. It takes a bit of getting use to because the controls/ screen / squonk bottle are not in their typical place. Plus the quality of the mod seems pretty sturdy.

where did you get the replacement bottle a pens do you remember how much? They are almost $9 each at sourcemore. Thanks.
