I dropped the drip tip from a BB last week and it rolled under a cabinet. It will be a major job to rescue it so it's on the to-do list. Meanwhile I grabbed one from the drip tip bag. Happened to be an old Pro tank tip which has the right sized hole for MTL. Those old Pro tank tips had a special feature. There's always a slight gap between the bottom of the tip and the top of the tank which is exactly the right size to catch a mustache hair and try to rip it out. I had forgotten about that fun part of the Pro Tank life.

I've been buying Molicels for the last two years. Before that I bought whatever they were selling at the local places.
All of my 21700s are Molicel P42s but I don't have very many of those.
I mostly use 18650s and have a bunch of Molicel P26s and some P28s.
I'm about ready to retire the last of my VRK 18650s which have served me very well for a number of years.
I also have a few Hohm Tech 18650s. When they are retired I'll be 100% Molicel.
Thanks!
I recently started using the Samsung 50S in my 3 fave setups that get hammered. Love the extra capacity. I use molicel p42a in everything else. But when my p42a batteries start dying, I'll be grabbing more Samsung 50s.
thanks that’s exactly the info that I was looking for. I’ve been retiring MANY of my Samsungs 30 & 40 Ts and want to replace them. I’ve been doing some reading and checking out what Mooch has determined of the newer molicells and Samsungs. I was leaning towards the Samsungs especially with the 5000mAh. I just don’t need amps over 25 A anymore.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to a somewhat boring question!

Btw the 18650 Battery Store has the Samsung 50S on sale for $4.55 if anyone is looking for a great price on a 21700 battery.

No chance that scraping around under the cabinet with a yardstick would flush the sucker out?

In my opinion the hohm tech batteries aren’t worth the money. I have a couple of the 18650’s and they don’t hold up any better than the molicel and cost almost twice as much.

That will be my first strategy. Trouble is it's a large sideboard with 6 drawers full of heavy stuff. Have to take out all the drawers to move it. And it's in the office which is really crowded. There's only a 3/4" space underneath so there's no way to get an eyeball to it. One day I'll have enough energy but not today.

Almost every B&M that I've been in sells Hohm Tech batteries, sometimes I would see something different.
Once I found out that Liion Wholesale is only about 45 minutes away they've become my go to for anything battery related.

The yardstick maneuver has been highly successful for me over the years. May it be so for you as well!

I've got quite a few of the grey Moliceis 18650's and do like them. BUT caution ... they seem to be just a wee bit bigger than any other 18650 I've used. They are such a tight fit in some of our mods that it's very difficult to get them in/out.

Thank you, I did find that out with my og Aegis Legends (dual).
They are snug and sometimes might need a half of a shake motion of the mod to get them going but they do come out.
Part of that problem, at least with a couple of my later production models, is there is a bit of residual glue or something in the battery sled. I used a finger to work that stuff out and haven't had a real issue since.

When my husband and I separated the one thing I stole from him was a very long-handled brush. It is wonderful for cleaning out under the fridge and oven and all the places cats bat their toys under.

    Exactly!

Many, many years ago, when I was sharing an apartment with my sister, we had the habit of tossing the ring around the cap of a gallon of milk on the floor for our cat Anna to play with whenever we opened a new jug. Each one quickly ended up under a bookshelf that stood about three-quarters of an inch off the floor. And periodically one or the other of us would grab a yardstick and scrape out from under that shelf the slew of rings that had accumulated since the last time (we drank a lot of milk). Boy, did Anna have a good time then.

Thanks for that info. It’s what I decided on doing. I only ordered six of the Samsung 50S since they were on sale. I’ll check them out vs the molis I’ve been using.

    Morning shinies ;)

My next mission is to find just one more Juggerknot MR RTA somewhere at a decent price. I may need to use the classifieds
Your best bet is likely going to be through fb groups or the like.

Afternoon everyone! My Shiny addiction has flared again. I ordered a black Reload S Pro last night. I need to have my devices taken away from me after 9pm!

I really need to remember that I’m DOWNSIZING and needing the proceeds for tough times NOT to turn around and buy something else.

It’s sooooo not easy! I don’t spend money on clothing or shoes or other hobbies so I justify buying a vape item here n there. I don’t suppose I’ll get much help here though lol!

    Help :w00t: !
