Probably this then, I just checked a bottle of Nicotine River salts in the Freezer. Top on it is not CHILD PROOF as far as I can tell.

§ 59.1-293.11. Sale or distribution of liquid nicotine container; prohibition; penalty

§ 59.1-293.11. Sale or distribution of liquid nicotine container; prohibition; penalty.
A. No person shall sell or distribute at retail or offer for retail sale or distribution a liquid nicotine container in the Commonwealth on or after October 1, 2015, unless such liquid nicotine container meets child-resistant packaging standards.

Thank you! That explains it.

They're our future. We treat them well and let them lead the way...

You are only about 2 hours from me. I lived in Charlottesville for a year - 2015-2016. My oldest is a JAG officer with 3 kids. She got a Masters in Military Law at the JAG School on the UVA Campus and needed some help since her husband couldn't come with her. We all really loved it there.

They do ship the nic salts to VA if you choose the right size. So it definitely has to do with the container. See the 1 liter nic salt 100 mg below with VA address. So just play around with sizes to see what they will ship there.

I have been wanting to try Nic Salts and figured now is a good time since I really don't need any flavors. Nic River doesn't ship 100mg Nic Salts to Virginia. *confused* They aren't included in the sale but I really am confused.
Liquid Nicotine Wholesale might. 30% off.

Live outside of town and absolutely refuse to go past Barracks Rd until UVA is out for the summer. Working at Crutchfield, pretty much rarely go past Rio Rd now. Changed a lot here in the past 10 years.

Oh, and we still have statues, you may have heard...

I'll be honest, I diy but with work and the holidays I have been just buying lately.
On the bright side it's given me alot of ideas for mixes. There are ALOT more options in the past couple years since I started diy not to mention flavors are better.
All I can say is be patient and don't expect it to taste like a premium juice immediately. You will learn that most premium use alot of sweetener so be prepared.
As mentioned go to the diy forums and if you can't find what you are looking for ask.
But I digress since juice is not shinyitis and I don't want to derail us lol.

Cheers HR! One of the reasons I'm getting back into diy is to avoid the sweetened stuff. It is everywhere and often too much for me. I don't mind a little to compliment and round out the juice as a whole so at least with my own mixes I can control that again.

Back to shinyitis... Just got tracking info today for a stainless steel version of my favorite squonk mod - the custom-classic, from one of ecf's very own members.
Might just have to find a new rda to pair with this one.

Oh, honey, the traffic jams heading up 29 to Barracks Rd and beyond are annoying but SO mild compared to what I am used to in NOVA. I found it refreshing. :D I still have to do that trip every now and then because my younger daughter sees a medical specialist at UVA.

Oh, and yes, I know those statues are still there.

You keep those traffic jams. Please.
The statues, eh, can stay or go. No dog in that specific fight.

We have vape shops. If I ever find a good sqonk in C'ville I'm playing the lottery.

I never looked for one but did regularly pass the one on Hydraulic Rd (next to Whole Foods) when driving the kiddos to TaeKwonDo. I have always done my vape shopping online.

I want to try a smaller quantity since I don't know anything about them, so will probably just go with Liquid Nicotine Wholesale. Their price on sale is still a bit more than Nic River's regular price, but the difference is negligible. Thanks for going to all that trouble. At least now I know that if I do like the Nic Salts, I can get larger quantities from Nic River. :)

Tried to get my friend to order the Aspire Invoke so I could see if I wanted a couple for the closet backups. She does need another mod, so I'm not totally horrible.
Minor nit to pick: The Invoke is made by Eleaf. :)
