Oh, yeah, I'm totally the most responsible person ever.

You lead the enabling and I'll try to mop up the mess. Heh.

And I do say NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! squonking for me at this time. It's not happening now, and if and when it does, I plan to come to you when I break/blow up my squonk, it's only fair. :)

Anan
You know you want to squonk...

Don't you wanna be like the cool kids?
By the way, they'll also be jumping off the bridge later, care to join?

I've been a freak since the day I was born. When moving from Aus to the USA, I was briefly invited to sit with the cool kids in HS, but I couldn't find the table that they were sitting at. So I sat down with some folks who looked and acted like me. :pervy:

A narrow escape.... (IMO) being "cool" in HS tends to mean a lack of awesomeness later in life. So, while my squonking brethren on this thread are beloved, I recognize they are "way cooler" than me....:lol::lol: It's okay, they're cool adults, the "cool" label only applies in middle school and high school if you ask me.

Yet, somehow I just keep on freaking on.... :) Saves on many things: squonks, makeup, the "right" clothes, oh and the ability to sleep at night, etc... :)

On a final "cool" note, this is my favorite EVER middle school girl conversation I have ever heard, at a mall (as an adult).
Cool girl one: "Oh, here comes Sarah, she's so weird, she dresses so strange.
Cool girl two: "Yeah, we should like, pretend we don't see her walking by...."
Cool girl one: "Oh well.... at least she isn't fat.":lol::lol::lol:

It took every ounce of composure I had not to join the conversation, as a therapist, I have developed some pretty pointed statements for middle school girls (cool or otherwise). It was just too GREAT not to leave alone.... :D

From the perspective of a dad who has raised one adult daughter, one adult son and has a middle school aged girl at home IMO girls can be downright mean.

Girls are so worse than boys. My first therapy job out of school was at an Residential Treatment Facility for teen girls. GIVE ME BOYS ANY DAY. The hormones and creative thinking.... I started out way too nice, but I learned oh so quickly.

I was full of gratitude that I had a boy kid, and given his daddy, that all probably worked out for the best.... He got a nice mommy and a very together stepdad. I have a feeling a girl kid may not have fared as well under the setup I had.

But yes, girls that age are tough. :) I bet they're the ones getting the boys into vaping, if that's happening anywhere, I would most certainly guess it :)

Yeah, driptips are a shinyitis problem that I think I don't need.... Because if I get an exceptional drip tip then I will know what I am missing.... I do have fun swapping around the driptips I get and I'm still finding the "perfect" diptip for that mod I won that I'm trying to review, only it started out "Unvapable by me," which isn't much of a review. It seems to be slowly settling down, I have a longer Ultem drip tip on there.

It's still 30 watt minimum, though. LOL. I hope I can change the title to "Vape the Unvapable...." at the very least.

OMG... That speaker reminds me of the house I used to go to with a blind mom, seventeen "cats" (they were inbred) food spoiling every place, and dogs making a "nest" in the sofa. I seriously considered Vick's vapo rub every time I went there, but I felt like it would be too "rude" because the kids could see. I tried to convince my supervisor to let me call the Health Department, but she wouldn't. :(

I feel for you, JFC, encountering such horrors at work.... Get your least favored underling to deal with it would be my advice (like, uh, with gloves and a mask....)

I always think a "gov't shutdown" is a ploy. LOL. I'm not sure of what kind, but it is this "regular" "big" "political" "event" that never much happens.... Perhaps my post office is "playing hooky" today, thinking that most folks aren't going to know.... I didn't until someone educated me.... :)

I wouldn't put it past them, my local (S. Tucson) post office is "tricky" (I don't even go there on Saturdays to mail something, due to their wildly fluctuating and "random" hours posted on the door that contradict their web page...) I drive 20 minutes toward town, secure in the knowledge that rage won't be coursing through my veins. I mean.... They are super close to the Reservation and sometimes I think the postal staff believe they live there... You know, and comport themselves accordingly. :)
