Closys alcohol free mouthwash, and oral care products.

Dentists prescribe it for receding gums amoing other oral health problems, but you can buy it over the counter.

Yep. The kid is doing all that already, but this was one of those "ungodly speedy" type things. He has stopped the med causing dry mouth (and now on 0 pharmecuticals, yay!!!) But it's pretty dire. The kid has always worried about his teeth due to my getting all mine removed and at a fairly young age. I already talked to my periodontist's oral hygienist the last time we went, and she told me what to tell the kid to do until his appointment (much of which he was already doing).

However, from what *I* am seeing as far as gum recession, he may need skin grafting or something, since he is so young, and it's really a LOT of recession. My hope is he can be put on some type of scheduled "regeneration" type thing (I think they use lasers and stuff, but at his age, it may actually be cheaper to just get it fixed, although the idea of SKIN GRAFTING sounds horrifically expensive and awful to me. But, I'm not going to send him away from my home to the wilds of Colorado without making sure they are thoroughly fixed. I hope it's easy, and I am not a dentist, but I also think it may be quite difficult and expensive, here's hoping not.

Ironically, after several "deep" periodonatal cleanings, well, my gums are no longer considered a problem in fact my oral hygienist said it could have just been all the surgeries on my mouth, and my gums are settling down. I don't have to go back for 4 months this time, not three. I was all excited for a minute... Then the next day the kid showed me his gums. LOL. I was like "CURSES." but also like, "Yeah I should probably do something about that, he can't afford it."

Joy.

single coil build. Not as flavorful as the dual coil
Building for flavor isn't as easy as building for cloud volume.Very small changes in coil placement, wire, ID etc can have big effects on flavor. I'm not saying it's rocket science but... it's rocket science :D

Puffing on my pulse Squonk this morning with a new single coil build. Not as flavorful as the dual coil but oh well. One surprise when I opened the door to change the battery, it had dark spots on the wrapper not seen before, also a spot wher the wrap was gone. Immediately through it out and now keeping a watchful eye on the new one. Single battery unregulated Squonk may not be for me.
A regulated mod is on the way though. Woohoo
You simply need to rewrap the battery I suspect. @Baditude knows much more than I do about batteries. Maybe he will chime in.

At 8mg I can tell a difference and at 12mg Meg does as well. I find freebase intolerable above 5%, Neither of us have any throat issues. It's what you get used too I believe.

Probably true on that.. I have serious preexisting throat problems so everything bothers my throat. I chalked it up to that since majority of people enjoy the throat hit that 18mg of freebase gives them whereas it kills me.

But it might be that they are just used to it too..

As usual I an oddball new vapor, I was over the th within a month I wanted my vape as far away as I could get from smoking. Took trying many juice vendors to find high mg that were smoother. Salts were new and very expensive 3-4 years ago.

I may get a small amount to try them out. I am planning 1 gallon this Payday. Nic salts in that amount are pretty expensive. 1 gallon at 6mg is about 22,700 total mg of nicotine which is 240 ml of 100mg salts. I can get 6mg pre diluted for $37.88 a gallon. Nic salts alone for that amount are $39.96 I am doing this round at about 5mg. I use 100%vg, as is there is next to 0 th. I have no intention of using high nic for anything. If I wasnt trying to do this on the cheap I would go for it.

If you find you love nic salts, I believe there is a method to convert them yourself using citric acid. I've stockpiled a fair amount, but I may look into it more as I'd be happy with a couple more gallons than a couple more liters the next big sale, sigh, and yes, freebase is so much less expensive. My throat has probably recovered enough that I might be able to tolerate freebase anyway. Cost wise, I may experiment, with the caveat that I'm not sure how easy/difficult it is to convert using citric acid, but it can be done, there's a long thread on it... Somewhere. I really like Nicotine River's nic salts, but I also really really like freebase prices (comparatively). It might be worth the effort, given where the FDA seems to be wanting to go and etc.

Yep. While you're playing star photograph take a few pics of your coil as well so we can flood you with contradicting recommendations
Don’t do it! They were giving me .... for two weeks due to me posting pics of my poorly lit and out of focus coils!!! It’s a trap!

Sorry but it’s at the bottom of the can. :danger:

That's okay, if it's just a little discoloration I'm sure it's just some ejuice leaking.. it's common enough.

If it happens again you can take a picture or three.

That said.. how many ohms are you running on that mech? What batteries are you running as well, is that the Sony VTC5A's?

Will dig it out. Thinking that it could be recycled too. Here’s the pick of the dual coil build
