Oh, grasshopper, us ants tend to let the dust settle, talk a little bit amongst ourselves about how great being an ant is, and then we'll let you know. LOL. I think in the story winter actually "came" before the ants "helped out." LOL.

I think I told you to DIY on this thread, oh, about 600 pages ago, possibly earlier. LOL.

I always hated that story, as an ant. I mean.... I really wanted to be a grasshopper, it looks like way more fun, but I couldn't ever bring myself to do it.

But yes, I'm sure all the vaping Grasshoppers will receive aid and rescue from the ants. You can't put a price on moral superiority though.:lol:

And I do understand with young kiddos in the house, DIY becomes more cumbersome.

And, you are having a vapecitement week, I guess. :)

No bug-out bag would be complete without a couple tube mechs. Just sayin... I found the Asmodus marked down to $20 at the store around the corner.

I'm not going mech if it gets really nasty. I have 3 DNA75 boards, 2 bags full of electronics components, 10 microcontrollers, a soldering station, a CAD program and 300+ pages of advanced electronics
I was always into mechs before. Still use them from time to time. I can fix them if something goes wrong. I don't have a firm grasp on electronics but I can rebuild an old chevy or VW.

I got a noisy cricket and also an antique mech mod for the husband (I think I will probably vape it before he does.)

I'm not panicking... exactly... but I did judge it wise to get enough nicotine in my freezer by Easter, and I'm actually glad I got some "freebase" nic. For one, my respiratory system has recovered, I may not mind "something of a throat hit" so it will be interesting to see. I really only need two more liters to feel "self sufficient" and if I can't afford to buy nic salts on sale from my preferred vendor, I will accept buying other forms of nic.

I'm one of those "Just want to get it done" folks, so I don't have to waste any more energy on it. I already have a gallon and a liter of nic salts frozen and a just opened liter that I've used very little of and I will probably break it down into glass bottles, most of it, because it's probably better off frozen.

So... no blind panic, just some assessment and decision making. To me, it's about judging the way of the world and moving my needs to suit what will be coming down the pike. Etc. So, I'm quite glad to have gotten that out of the way, and by Easter, I will have all the nic I need, one way or another.

I haven't heard awful things about Heartland Vapes, and it was a considerable savings (for me) over Nic River nic salts, so eh.

Careful with the Noisy Cricket V1. They are series mechs. Also use BIG coils in that. They output 7v so you need at least 1 ohm to tame that rascal

What about a wismec noisy cricket?
Look at V2.5. The V1 is a series hybrid mech. Very powerful. With your style of vaping I would suggest a Vanilla or 18650 Cartel tube or parallel box mod as far as mechanicals go. The Noisy Cricket 2.5 can be run as parallel

Problem solved. I’ll just order one from you if the End Times come

Who even sells mechs? My usual order places either don’t, or in Roadside’s case, I’m not selling a kidney to buy something I probably hopefully will never use

I think some of us just aren't likely mech candidates. I've always wanted one but doubt I'm detail oriented enough to use one.
You guys hammer me enough about my ....’n shelves... if I could do mech mods, you guys could too!!!
