Those look like they're gonna cause a blackout even though your mod isn't hooked up to the grid.

Got mail from China - someone is going on a plane. Today or tomorrow, couldn't make heads or tails what times he was referring to. The shiny sense is tingling...

That's what I thought retirement was going to be like. But after 3 months I'm working harder than I did when I got paid for it.

Mainly recovering my neglected yard so far. Hadn't done much yard work for a couple of years. I've got an acre and a lot of it was taken over by weed trees and assorted vines. Including poison ivy and some nightmare vine covered with tiny spikes that stick into your skin and break off. Last week I dug out a section and built a picket fence round it for a rose garden. I've got one rose in so far and several in the mail. This afternoon I'm planting a couple of rose bush sized rhododendron there.

It's hard for me to relax and do nothing after 50 years of working. Maybe it will get easier.​

I've always cherished my down time and learned to make the most of it.
Whether it's hiking mountains, walking the mutt, gardening, chilling with a book or just relaxing with the headphones on. We all need me-time to recharge.

I usually put my vape on the table on the deck when I'm gardening.
It's surprising that sometimes I "forget" to vape for a few hours.
I usually hit it when I'm near the deck but I don't "need" to.
It gives me an excuse to take a break. I'm not on the clock.

THESE ARE SO COOL! They do need a lot of power but I think they are hollow. They have a high resistance. .35 for the pair and they are really light. Ramp up is slow at 88 watts I am charging my Samsungs and then i will crank it up and see what they can do. They are so big they look cartoony. Necro said they look like octopus tentacles.

Yeah I had the same problem working on the farm - using my beginner pen mod that fits in a pocket works. Didnt wanna get on my good mods

Good news.... I did NOT blow myself up. I finally decided to attempt the mech. Built a 1.4 ( anemic, I know). But I did it, and survived

Me too, but apparently the UCMJ has regs against it, go figure.
