Evening shinies,

Only thing shining anywhere this house is the moon and the stars, and even they are obscured by clouds :(

Latest experiments from the mad professor's laboratory.

Decided to knock up 10ml of juice as a flavour experiment, see how it pans ot over the weeks. Question is, how do you shake a 10ml bottle without it slipping out your hand? Vacuum seal it, stick it in a drill chuck and give it some RPM. Only advise this with knackered old drills like my cordless one which wouldn't drill through a wet paper bag. Any higher RPM and you may be redecorating with the DIY juice of your own making ...

Getting a nice little collection of "Steepies" now.

Some strap their bottles to a jig saw for shaking. I use cordless hand/paint mixers.

View attachment 767601 These things - mod protectors. Kidney Puncher has them but I don’t want to spend $ on shipping for a $2 item.

I know I’ve seen them on FT but god only knows what the search key words are on that site lol!
i forgot about the disc's ,,, fwiw,, they also come in sticker form to avoid scratches. I didn't like the discs,, but you may. i felt like i was having to drop the center pin too much creating a semi wobble.......but thats just me,, i am sure they are fantastic for other people

Just have someone hold them in front of their chest, walk around behind them, and when they least suspect it, tickle them mercilessly!

Three Stooges martini style......

Man, those Scots in a kilt made me finally check out my "Yoga in Sedona" session that I thought I was at my yoga peak (I wasn't) and in Sedona, and felt it should be documented before I began to slowly llooose capacity,

What shocks me about those pics is not that I'm good at yoga (I am) but that they were TAKEN as I completed an hour and a half of Yoga, AT ALTITUDE, at THREE packs per day and I LOOK HAPPY.

LOL, my lung capacity has improved, I am no longer platinum blonde (it's a relief none of my kid's friends hit on me any more it's all far more age appropriate) and yeah I'm older..... But also better at yoga and breathing.

LOL the husband may have to take another series. He didn't have fun but he sees me do yoga all the time. Maybe I'll shove Yoga in Sedona on my blog or something.
