Death Wish coffee is excellent. I believe it was 5.3X the caffeine in it. Thing is, it doesn't taste that strong. It's a very smooth 'mellow' coffee. I always have it around usually in K cups.

Then I won’t have to drink two pots of coffee? Awesome! I’ve never had a Kuereg (?) because I could make a whole carafe in the same time with the Bunn. But I think I’m gonna get a French press for the Deathwish. I had one, broke it, but it was a lot better for the good coffees.
I bought a Technivorm Moccamaster Thermal with the manual switch on the basket and a new Baratza conical burr grinder a couple of years ago to replace my old Capresso all in one.

Good morning shinies. Oh, things to do today, but not that much. Woke up early due to emotional hangover last night, after dealing with the kiddos last night. Stupendous errors were made (not by me!) but by others involved in the situation, like tornado's friend accidentally texting a text TO the tornado meant for the tornado's husband. I talked to the tornado and while my "this is borderline personality dx" pinging alarm had been going off for some time, it was confirmed. Then my sis told me the husband was in some unappealing to me FIELD so THEN I reamed out my sis kinda because the tornado was doing odd things like sending me screenshots of her texts and well.... I was like, um, this would have been useful information, sis. I guess she plays around with it so much it's not like a thing to her... Only it is.
Also, I'm sorry but I only deal with BPD for PAY, and most certainly not long distance, even with the capacity of a friend not ANYTHING else but also CERTAINLY not without my malpractice active. No thanks.
So then the husband texted at dinner asking if I could talk to the tornado. I texted back, Certainly but I need to know what tornado would like to talk about, I need you to inform tornado that I have spoken to you today in the capacity of supporting her well being, and finally, I would like you to be aware that I am in no position, given where I am located and in what capacity I am functioning to provide the type of assistance tornado requires, although I am happy to help her in discussing her needs and assisting her in locating the care she needs."

Sunny in Cumbria and Mrs OG is actually home for the weekend for a change.
Off to get some food shopping, and shock horror, a packet of tobacco. Can't believe I've been vaping now for 4 weeks, and only used 2 packs of tobacco. 2. I mean seriously, I would normally go through that in a week, if not 3. For yours truly, that is quite an accomplishment. Bank manager not impressed though. Will take me another few weeks to break even on the cost of all the shiny (and runny, smelly) stuff I've hoarded to compensate.
Played around with some triple twisted SS 3.5mm coils last night, got them bang on 0.16 Ohms with 7 wraps. Had one of these "Can't do anything right" sessions, from accidentally snipping the wrong lead on the deck and trashing a good coil to stripping the heads on a couple of the Allen screws on the Nautilus. Will order a new watchmaker's eyepiece when I've got some spare vaping budget, I can't find my 30 year old one anywhere. Meanwhile, dreaming of a 25mm tank with a decent build deck that is more substantial than the Nautilus. It's OK, but even with me being really gentle, I can't see the screws lasting very long. If anyone knows where I can get a bag of replacements though, I'd be grateful. To me they look like 1.5mm, but without a micrometer, can't tell.
The taste difference between SS and Kanthal is subtle but different. I generally tend to be a purist, so I thought SS would give the best flavours for me. It seemed a bit too "bright" for me at first, then I realised you've got to wait until the coils and cotton "bed in" before you can make a sound judgement. It's OK, but I think Kanthal has the edge, it warmer and more rounded IMO, at least for the juices I'm using.
Spent ages trying to get perfectly aligned coils, with no wonky end legs. Just about achieved it, but one coil heats up quicker than the other. Same number of turns, and the leg lengths are identical. That irritated my inner OCD persona no end, so decided to go to bed after that. I was shattered though, so shattered that plugged my vape in to charge and didn't check it was charging.
They already tax chocolate in the UK, so I suggest we keep quiet or we might give some folks ideas. i am happy to join @Letitia in the junkie corner, but have a good excuse. I didn't have a bad chocolate habit until my first attempt at giving up smoking. As for extra strong coffee ... if the spoon doesn't stand upright in it, as far as I'm concerned it's dishwasher.

Also, I opened my DHL package, it does contain two replacement screens which I intend to send off today, to someone who wants them. But I also gave my new Charon Mini to the HUSBAND.
Don't ask me why I did it, I thought he might find a new mod fun, and I might give him a rebuildable and teach him to use it. LOL, I am a glutton for punishment. Apparently, there is something built in to the Smoant mods that says, "Anna, give this to your husband," or something because that's what happened to my first Smoant Cylon. I gave it to him after I tried it and loved it, (also going what is wrong with me) only the fact that I accidentally ordered two is the reason I have one at all.
Also turning up the brightness seems to have permanently fixed it, I'm giving away the screens because a person has been TRYING to BUY them and failing and also, let's face it if my screen ever dies, NO I will not be trying to fix it... Ever.

I asked for a Bunn a few Christmas's ago and got a Keurig. New generation and their clue less ness.
I gave my Bodum french press coffee maker away, no like, messy and a hassle (for me) I am currently ignoring the Keurig (so wasteful and stupid) and am into "pour over coffee'. Easy Peasy and no waste. You pour a bit of exact temp water into a coffee (freshly ground) filled filter above a carafe, bloom it (means watch for bloom that emerges after you pour a bit of water), stir to let gases out and then pour the rest of the water. GOOD coffee.

The Moccamaster with an Encore grinder would be $700 here. Then I would have to buy coffee from the local roaster at $20 a small bag.
A Bodum Chambord and a pair of Bialetti Moka Express' (6 cup & 1 cup) work for me.

A friend swears by Deathwish coffee. I didn't really get it, but I'm used to Army coffee.

Not happy with the idea of ordering stuff from HK, I know I will get better value and more choice, but knowing my luck UK customs will either seize it or charge me a load of duty.

Just lightly pulse your coils a few times and strum them with the tip of your tweezers and they will begin to fire together.
Check out @Coastal Cowboy blogs about squonking for some good info.
Also @TrollDragon, @Tralfaz, @jfcooley, @Letitia , and a couple of others could point you to some nice BF mods.
They are our resident squonking maniacs, lol.
What I do for the postless deck on the Plus and Supreme V2.
Pull off the JFC ring, hold the coil against the upper edge and cut off the legs at the bottom edge.
