My Ammit is working now, turning it upside down for a while worked. Don't ask me. I didn't think there was a thing wrong with how I wicked it to BEGIN with, so I am fine with that. Also, my last "I thought it was a fail" juice is pretty good! Chili lime mango (I just added a bunch of other fruit and did not overdo the chili) and it's rather pleasant. Has a tiny bite, should not be over vaped.

So, here is a picture of yesterday's efforts. It was on the Raw all night, not a drop of eliquid. Also figuring out the puff counter on the Raw was helpful (I used my ever increasing intuitive knowledge of menu systems to turn it to a big fat zero or a giant infinity depending on how you want to look at it.

That sucker next to it is a Korean mod company I forget the name but I won it and I sort of like it. Same basic shape of the AsMODus mod, but it's plastic and whatnot.

I also tried my hand at the TRUE. I am so glad I watched that video if only because otherwise I would have been floored by the weird clampy post action. I still managed to flip one clamp and one grub screw off it with great force, and it went flying so it's not, uh, operational. Maybe today. I found the clamp (fortunately, I would have been annoyed) and grub screws seem to be my thing at the moment or something. I will address it again today. Got lots to do!

And to top it off with sprinkles, Dvarw DL # 2 is still chillin in customs with the rest of the misfit packages...

USPS needs to change their motto to 'We will get it there eventually, maybe'!
I was worried about my delivery due for Monday, it showed up in Alaska yesterday from Malaysia. It was there all day and night, I checked this morning, it is in Tennessee!

Good morning all.

Has stopped snowing, sun is shining but the mercury is dropping, -30+°C with the wind chill. Zelda is perched on her kitty condo looking out the window wondering what all this white stuff is. Opened the back door for her to check out all the snow, I got one of those “are you f’n mad” looks from her.

You just had to take the red pill again, didn't you?

:D

My Saint mech came quickly. (And I love it, thanks to your help). My “problem” this order was ordering an internal battery mod. The diy forum on Reddit is decent, but it seems like the gear forum is full of opinionated trolls. Or, maybe I just picked the wrong threads.
I have been eyeing that timesvape mech...lovely finishing :)

That's the problem with the internet you can find any opinion you want! :) Hope it works out?

Quite nice. The recessed button makes it a little more time consuming to get the bottom off, but the star shaped button does give you something to grab onto to turn. Efun had them for $30 (quite a bargain!)

That's a good price...I keep seeing them on fasttech and alibaba for around 40 euros not sure what that is in $ but probably 36-7...I'm currently waiting on two other mech's but this one is next on my list....nice shiny bits of polishable metal are my weak spot :)

They’d have to give me an update for that to happen. Like who knows where the thing is right now.

For the price of an international phone call I would be on the horn looking for an update. Would also inquire with my credit card or pay pal as to what my options are.

It does have a nice ramp up, and after a few videos I set it a little better so it vapes nice. But while it saves wattage, it’s too easy to hit that button and change it from normal to powerful. Strictly a thumb button for me unless I learn to be less clumsy with it. I just can’t seem to get comfortable with the menu.
Menu??? LOL I stay in novice mode and it just works for my type of builds. Finger fire for me, have yet to trigger the joystick accidentally in hand or purse. Maybe your joystick is more sensitive than mine, there have been some qc inconsistencies reported.

In novice, you can’t accidentally adjust anything. In the advanced menus, the low-standard-high power is not locked. Flips very easily if you barely bump the joystick. I would have to remember to turn off the mod if I put it in my purse, but it likely won’t go out and about at all. I’ll bring the cheaper ones lol

My main problem with the SL is its weight. Even with an 18650, it's hard on my arthritic right thumb. Otherwise, it causes me no problems (I stick with novice mode), though the crunchy battery threads do scare me and I feel like I could cross-thread easily. Petroleum jelly would work to lubricate them, wouldn't it?

My new shiny thing, I finally built it (all my own work this time) and then I put on my new Ephro 101 tube, seemed apt so far. I really like that thing, except for its fire button, which is just a bit... fiddly, it seems not solid somehow.

The True is a SUPER nice MTL vape, it really gives good flavor. Then, it started leaking as usual (I am sitting it upside down. That worked for the Ammit so I am giving it a shot, LOL.) From my limited TATSE it is a fantastic vape though. I wicked it like PDB said , but he was using cotton so maybe I need more.

I think it is going to make for an excellent setup. Gotta do some new flavors here soon, really soon, gosh, not to mention everything ELSE. Oy.

As you can see, blur filter is ON, and my kitchen is very much a work in progress, etc.
