I have the Cthulu Hastar mini and I like it. Very unthirsty tank but great flavor, so I'm not missing out. The size isn't an issue with the topfill and etc, and it is NOT thirsty.

I'm afraid it's been a bit eclipsed from my mad love for the Nature True tank. In my opinion that little tank is DYNAMITE. It's fun to build on, too.

only heard good things about the true tank apart from it being a finicky wick. it'd sit nicely on the flint mod/battery

the nano is a fantastic mod (the 120W version). still got mine and use it often.View attachment 798881

Never seen a real Tesla "in the flesh" so to speak, and was confusing it with:
download (1).jpeg

I've always liked the steampunk design, and I've heard the TC is really good as well. It's a pity they didn't have either version in the vape shop where I bought my first mod, I'd have probably chosen it over the Releaux if I had the choice. At that point I was an innocent, didn't know anything about different battery sizes, TC, build quality etc. The 86W tube nano is very, very tempting (brass and SS construction), but it is only a single 18650. If I bought it, it would be very much for the bling factor, and I know in my heart I would be disappointed with the battery life :(.

It's a bit like my Topside single, I love the design, and the quality, if I'd held out a bit longer I could have got the dual with TC built in as well.

I'm learning though. Don't be a first adopter (unless it is really spectacular), and wait for the discounts ;).

like their new tube mod too but not getting anything with a single 18650 unless it's a really lusty mech at a low price. too much invested in 21700s now.

I wicked it right my second try after watching Phil D's vid. It's not so bad to wick I had harder time attaching the coil.

It would look awesome and (IMHO) it is about 50 times better than the Ammit. It's not that the Ammit is bad at all, it's just that the true..... it is so SMOOTH a vape, and so FLAVORFUL, it's the best.

Do it @lupinehorror , I do not rave about stuff unless I mean it. I will be getting at least one more.

Efun are tormenting me. After 4 days my Aegis Mini order showed as complete on their site and it showed up on USPS as awaiting package. Now it's been another 5 days and nothing happened. Maybe they open the USPS postage as soon as they get the order ready in China but it still has to make it's way over here.

Did order some batteries this morning. My oldest batteries were 3 years old and not lasting too long. I bet they beat the Aegis here.

The Topside single does TC. You just needed to download and install new firmware. Now the firmware download is the same as the dual so you get the puff counter as well if things like that matter to you.

shinyitis can sure sneak up & bit ya.
Who in their right mind would trade a brand new $500 Ant for a 6 year old tube mod!?!

I've got a 6 year old mech tube I'll trade you for the brand new VA ( pending which model, I can get fussy). Granted it's only a Nemesis clone, but it's brand new in box and looks terrific in silver. I'll even take that old Caravella off your hands to save space with the trade too. Sound good?

Nice tube you got!

Morning shinies :)

Only purchase I've received and thought 'what the hell was I thinking'?!? is one of these:

510_silicone_drip_tip_1_1024x1024.jpg

In PINK - it's very well hidden in my vape drawer somewhere ;)

I'm desperately trying to think what function this "Objet d'art" would perform. Best I can think of is:
  • Earplugs for a nihilist
  • Broken salt and pepper shakers for a colour-blind Lilliputian
  • Pawns from a surrealist chess set
  • Nose plugs to reduce CO² emissions for the environmentally aware
  • Drip tips for an ejuice that is so spectacularly bad, you must not, under any circumstances, be allowed to actually taste it.
Number 5. It's got to be Number 5 .

Happy shineday, all. Lately, as I contemplate what to throw my money at next, I've been looking at my collection and pondering which devices are truly "vape-changing" in nature. Sure, I love my recent mech acquisitions but aside from great build quality and all that, they don't significantly change the experience.

The real game changer I've picked up recently is that four bay 3.0 amp charger. I don't really even have to think about charging anymore. I pop a few batts on it, get distracted with whatever I'm focusing on at the time and almost invariably, when I look at the charger again everything is at 100%.

It's something so subtle, yet if you add up all the extra time it would have taken to charge those cells on my D4, we're talking some significant time saving. It's paid for itself already, IMO.

Nitecore D2. Why I ever thought a 2 battery charger would be enough for me is beyond me. Got a D4 with 4 bays like two weeks later.
I love the little D2 works like a charm, it took forever to charge 26650's, so I picked up an Xtar Rocket SV2 for those. ;)

I could have gotten 3 Colossals instead.!
Didn't you anyway?
If a ginger cat is a female she is almost always very long haired and fluffy. I have yet to meet a short haired ginger cat that was female. Just like all Calico' s are female and have an attitude. Nothing like the attitude of the tortie's but still an attitude
Exceptions to prove this rule: My parents had a ginger short-haired female (imaginatively named Goldie). And my darling Mary was a tortoiseshell with the gentlest nature you could dream of. Such a sweet girl.
know there are a few people here who hail from the fine country of canadia.
hints on a nice autumnal location that may feature a cabin and snow? really loved toronto (and will return) but want the beaten track to be a ways off next time.
Campobello Island. Beautiful in the fall. The foliage display isn't much (too many pines), but, as a consolation prize, there are plenty of whales. I'm just across the channel; swing over, and I'll shout you a beer or two.

I am fond of the Pico 25, and it feels sturdy to me. Or, rather, I liked it and found it sturdy when I was using it. I took it out of rotation as I got different mods, and maybe now it wouldn't suit me at all. I should check that sometime.

Least liked mods:

Sinuous P80 -- I know many, many people love this mod, but I just don't get along with mine.

SX Mini SL -- I don't hate this fellow but not enough to make me okay with what I paid for it.

Dovpo M VV -- Perfectly fine, but not right for me, because I find adjusting the voltage to be finicky and don't like the weight of a two-battery device.

I have also bought many e liquids that I don't much care for, but that's bound to happen when buying online based on descriptions.

And if I had it to do over again, I'd get the Gyrfalcon All-44 instead of the All-88. I really don't need to be able to charge eight batteries at once.

I built the Dwarv DL clone rta just for you guys. I couldn’t get fused or regular Clapton’s in the post & the hex screws to hold. So I ended up using ss316 24g single wire 5 wraps. Finally got it to hold. I get to use the many spools of 24g wire I have so that’s good.

Flavor is awesome I left the af insert it came with it in. It comes with 3 additional af inserts.

This is the one I got from FT $11.81 Dvarw DL V3 Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 6ml / 316 stainless steel / 24mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I haven’t used plain single wire in a long time & with the Dwarv the flavor is awesome!
