To illustrate my addiction to bargains and my endless greed when re-selling them, I have a smol shiny side story:
seiko.jpg
Picked this thing up locally (seen on our equivalent to Craig's List), for 5€. A Seiko wall clock in pristine condition = collector's piece, that I knew right away. Took 2 fotos, put it on Ebay for 199€, with the option to send $proposals. 5 hours later, I got a proposal for 100€. Accepted it and was happy about a 20-fold multiplier for my quick investment. Unfortunately, that guy went on holidays for the next 3 weeks and didn' find it necessary to pay for his purchase -.- So I relisted it.

Long story short, a few days later, I again sold it , this time to some russian official working for the consulate general of the Russian Federation in a big german city. But only for 40€ plus p&p. Bummer. Sort of. If you're greedy like me

Shinyitis lesson:
Never be afraid to invest in shiny things. People love buying shiny things from you. The shinier, the dollar  And the bigger the pricetag you put on it, the happier people will be for having haggled the final price down to what THEY believe is the bargain of the century. I love it when people are happy.

"Like a monkey, ready to be shot into space. Space monkey! Ready to sacrifice himself for the greater good."
I'm turned off by luxe's back plates. I found the blue one has a star. I might be picking one up, along with a Skarr
AND, arrangements are made for an Armaggedon box!!! At last! But I'd better not say anything until it arrives!!!

If you have the $$ buy what makes you happy, it's not like you can take any of it with you.
Couldn't agree more. Yes, I've sold unused stuff to a profit in the local market, but I don't do it on a regular basis because first it's for me to use, not to resell.
Nevertheless, it's not wrong, but please yourself more.
Now I'm missing the replay feature of the Paranormal, but it's so heavy...

Nah, it was about things you buy when they're on sale with a big discount %. I've done this several times now. Bought stuff for 10-20$, played around with it a bit, sold it for ~3 times as much locally later on when their prices were up again to regular level.

Unfortunately everything I’ve bought at discount is still available at a discount or even less!!! I have a box full of clearance RDAs that I bought when 1st starting out building. Some are still gems like the Entheon clones. The NarDa and NarCa clones haven’t even been used once I realized I liked a more open airflow without whistling lol!

Although I did almost break even on the Paranormal I sold two weeks ago. I have a SX Mini Q class that I got on Clearance that I can DEFINITELY make my money back or double if I choose to sell it.

But I when I purchase anything vape related I don’t go into it as an investment just a hobby. Unless you’re into custom made mods ie Stabwoods but there’s a limited demand but the ROI could be very nice.

SX Mini Q Class a real beauty...

Exactly why I sold mine. Too heavy and slightly too big in my hands to be comfortable.

aNope that mod is cool I think LOL.

Sort of glad/not glad I got the LV Mirage, we are going to be so poor for a bit. Our security deposit is over 2 K (which I had, saved up, go me) but also I am now thinking No Kid. He's gotten mature but you know how kids freaking are around their parents... I would have to pay him to come, but he'd bring the dog (whom I also love) but like, she'd be a PITA and she sheds about a pound of hair a week.

I am now thinking moving company (for stuff that can't be boxed up and transported easily) and spending my week off Not Moving but becoming The Remediators (me and the husband have done this to six houses, now, and it SUCKS WORSE EVERY TIME because we AGE) and we are a Great Team. In 10 days we could do a LOT that is super cheap like paint, clean, fix etc., and make it look WAY better than it is. (We are sneaky. I once spent like 5 hours "fixing" my mom's super thin silk china pull up blinds that were dying. I told the realtor to stay the hell away from them, because they were pretty much (some of them) held together by Elmer's glue and Tinkerbell's magic) if anyone touched them they'd disintegrate.

If we do it right, with the Elderly Californian influx of late, we could double or maybe more what is left on my mortgage... I just have to convince the husband that paying someone 2K to move our furniture PAYS OFF in the long run.

I would feel bad but they're Californians, and it's really up to THEM to decide how closely they want to inspect stuff, etc.

Buyer Beware and all that Anna!! Are you renting a house in Douglas for the time being? Do you have a security deposit coming back from where you are now?

You won’t be sorry you purchased the Mirage. It’s so worth the money. A simple, light and comfortable device that uses a larger battery (can’t remember which). The Replay feature is great if you don’t want to tinker with TC. Even I’ve been using it lately and I was a Replay naysayer.

I have no idea why Lost Vape would discontinue such a prefect easy going DNA 75C vape device.

With all the money going around atm, $120 won’t be missed.

Aaaaand- Pay for movers!!! Negotiate a good price. They’ll undercut each other as much as possible.

Good Luck!!

December was a big bang for me. I had planned my holidays, had all my money and finances ready to roll when my truck that was planned for February, disembarked. I sold many things to make up for the expenses the truck registration and insurance ensued, but, most probably I would have sold those things later on anyway. But a lot of people from the Argentine forum wanted those things and I was able to go on holidays with the new truck!

Maybe you need a new profile. I used & a lot of people love Frank65 ‘s theme. Go to Evolv you’ll find it.

I use the “original” theme with Replay enabled on the Watts profile.

I think it may be when the version was released since both of mine came with Replay already enabled.

Have you already used the Evolv software- Escribe ? It’s a bit overwhelming to begin with but you only need to update your version and enable Replay.

Here’s the PC download site just in case you don’t have it. Use the International Version lower on the webpage.

EVOLV - Home

There’s a very good forum there to help people with any Escribe issues.

Thanks
